I would HIGHLY recommend this roofing company. We had the whole roof re-done because of a roof leak that emerged from the rains this last winter. We have a cement tile roof and being the house was 30+ years old, we felt it was time to have it all re-done.

I obtained bids from 5 roofing companies and chose to go with TWM Roofing because they were (1.) A locally owned company and have been in business for over 30 years, (2.) They have many great YELP reviews, (3.) Several people on the NEXTDOOR app recommended them, (3.) They were the only roofing company that actually went up on the roof during the bidding process to visually inspect it, and (4.) AFTER they provided a bid, they followed up with us and answered a few questions both on the phone and via email before we engaged them to do the job. Their crew was neat, proficient, and friendly! I even asked them to come inside and look inside the attic when I had some questions and they obliged. We are very pleased with the process and service.

Seem like nice enough fellas, but after spent an hour on my roof with photos and measuring and then the next day decided the job wasn't for them. Oh well. Not really time well spent for either of us.

Belated review from the Spring 2019 rains that finally found it's way to the inside of our home. It was early in the year and we started to see evidence of roof leaks around our chimney. We did intensive research and learned very quickly that when it rains, most roofing companies are very hard to book for an urgent repair. We were grateful to find TWM Roofing and appreciated their professionalism, strong communication, and quick repair to resolve our roofing repair needs.

Called at the end of January and received a reasonably scheduled appointment with a lovely email confirmation telling me who was coming, what they looked like, and what to anticipate for the first appointment. Lee Cox was the representative who came and gave a realistic evaluation as to what our problem was and how to best resolve it without breaking the bank (I make this comment because another company told us that we needed to redo the WHOLE roof!). Based on quote and communications regarding schedule, TWM Roofing came out ahead of the pack as the best price and schedule.

Once the appointment day arrived, there was only one individual that did the actual repair. He was quick and efficient and managed to complete the repair in time for the next rains. He was clean and completed the transaction in one day (~6 hours of work).

Final communications were led by the owner's wife (Qing). She was prompt in her communications and provided all documentation requested.

All in all: if we have another roofing issue, we would be glad to return to TWM Roofing. We do recommend their services based on our experience.

I'm very happy of dealing with TWM. I had a water stain on my exterior wall. After calling TWM they made a schedule with me and Lee from the company showed up on time in front of my door. He spent some time to investigate the problem he told me that condition of the roof is really good and there is minor problem that he suggested that I can fix it myself, he listed the two items that I need to buy and how to apply the items on my roof; without any charges! Even he quoted me a very reasonable price if he has to fix it.
I appreciate his help and honesty and will hire him for my next project.

Tom and his crew from TWM Roofing-Oceanside did an excellent job in installing a new TPO roof on my house in Del Mar. TWM worked flawlessly with my Solar company to install the roof and come back to install TPO boots for the Solar panels. TWM Roofing came highly recommended by another contractor who does commercial roofing only. TWM also happens to have some rockstar level Yelp reviews. I had probably four bids for repairing a leak over my garage. TWM's was not the very lowest, but it was close. They also had the best online reviews and came specifically recommended.

The work done was phenomenal. The roofer, Ryan, came out and did a fantastic job. He worked tirelessly for two and a half days and even let me come and inspect the work as it progressed.

After several months of the project being complete and several heavy days of rain later, there is no more leak! Thank you very much!
