We are repeat customers!! We have a very large, Spanish Tile roof that is 30 years old. Over time, the tiles have shifted and the paper underneath gets worn out and leaks have occurred. TWM has worked with us to section out the needed repairs so it is more affordable for us and less of a financial hit. Everyone has been so friendly and professional both times; from the job estimator, to the actual work being completed, to the follow up, and final billing. The entire team I've dealt with are absolute professionals. Lynette was quick to schedule an appointment after the initial request on-line. Lee came out and did the estimate. He was quick to recognize the age of the tiles and wanted to make sure he had enough tiles in stock before he submitted the bid. I was pleasantly surprised with the bid that I received. I had a couple of questions I e-mailed to Lee but learned he was on vacation but Qing was real quick to reply and get me the answers. Once I signed the contract, Rob contacted me and gave me a timeline of 3-4 weeks out but was again pleasantly surprised when he called me back and was able to slot me in a week later.

Down to the actual work...all I can say is that the foreman David who was assigned to my job is the kind of guy that absolutely takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. He kept me informed of any damage to the roof that would need repairs and made sure I was absolutely aware before authorizing any change orders. He made sure that each part of the job was done the right way and the end result made me realize how much the previous home owners took shortcuts on their last repair job. Even though we used the same tiles, my roof looks completely different from before they started.

These guys were great. I wish the other contractor on this job would take lessons from them. My 29 year old roof was due for maintenance, we did a complete lift & lay. They found 2 leaks before they became a major issue. The crew was very nice, punctual, and did a good job of cleaning up. Always willing to answer any questions we may have had concerning the work.

Deibys with TWM Roofing did a great job on installing our new tile roof. He explained everything very clearly, worked quickly and was clever in minimizing the new tiles we needed to replace broken ones and hide any slight color mis-matches.
