The WORSE experience I have had with getting work done on my house!!! The roofers broke my water softner, my screen on my pool enclosure , damaged my gutters, left black tar on the white trim of my house, and ended up with 3 leaks in my garage. That resulted in part of my ceiling falling down. Nails were left all over my yard After I asked multiple times for them to pick them up. One of their employees (Brock)actually stepped on a nail that went through his shoe and puncture his foot!!! Now for the fun part.... they send a crew to fix the leak and the screen. They show up with a child!!! It's 100 degrees and out there is a 6/7 year old on a job site sitting in my front yard while the workers are watching Youtube trying to figure out to fix my screen 3 hrs later. The job was not done correct and still had a leak in my garage! Its now over a month and I keep asking about my water softener, they can not seem to find anyone to fix it, so now I find someone to fix it. Have that company submit a quote and it takes a a little longer than a week of back and forth for it to be approved. So I had to meet the company with the water softener, meet the contractor to fix my ceiling, multiple employees on multiple days with the company bc of leaks, damage, the terrible BLACK flashing they put on my white trim on the FRONT of my house, a REAL screen company, and a gutter company. It also failed county inspection 3times. Now they want to charge me the FULL PRICE OF THE ROOF!!!! I guess all the days I moved my schedule around to be able to meet a contractor at my house, numerous phone calls, and time out of my day has no value to them. Oh wait Trina (the VP)offered to take off $260 for the extra plywood they had to purchase for my roof. $260 this project started at the end of May and went through to September. They act like bc they fixed what they broke they were doing me a favor.
Stay far way from this company!!!!

Unbelievable great job. Dedicated workers and Michael our contact very helpful and polite. The materials used were top quality. They completely finished including an immaculate cleanup in 2 days. House looks terrific. This was an insurance claim and we were walked through and explained throughout the whole process. Thank you Turnkey.

Turnkey Roofing used subcontractors to replace my tile roof which wasn't a problem until the delivery company cracked my entire driveway when they delivered the tiles. When I asked Turnkey to repair my damaged driveway they responded that they are not responsible for any damages their subcontractors did. Im now stuck with thousands of dollars of damage I have to pay for. Hire a company that does not use subcontractors and is responsible for damages that may occur during the construction process.

Christopher is what I would call not only incompetent to work for this company, but also a scammer. I don't think he knows English very well and stops by my house without any call. He probably has an old Nokia phone hence why he ignores my messages. Had to pay 1600 for no job done. Dude is a scammer and his Jeep looks like a scamming car, no cap. Don't deal with this company, Ron or Ronel is also a tool. IGNORE THEM.

Roof replacement in May/June of 2018, 16K , now with water leaking into a newly redone master bathroom! Left messages, sent an email today. No reply. Nothing! I have two inches of rain in a bucket from today's rains! A wet ceiling and a light fixture full of water! Unbelievable and unacceptable! Do not choose TurnKey Roofing!

I did not want to deal directly with my insurance company's claims adjuster, so I was referred to John Parker of Property Damage Specialists. He handled all aspects of my case, and I received a fair amount to replace my roof, and leaving enough to even help a bit with my deductible.

I had heard about TurnKey Construction & Maintenance, and was strongly encouraged to have them replace my roof. Joe Caucci, my Account Manager, went over all of the paperwork, the scheduling, the deliveries, and the installation date. He even with met me at my workplace to handle all the paperwork, which I thought was a great service.
He kept in touch with me, and made sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the job, from the installation to the cleanup. I truly didn't expect that level of diligence, and felt confident in the outcome, which was outstanding!
I would recommend Joe and TurnKey Construction to anyone who expects great customer service and high quality work.

Turnkey and Juan have done two roofs for me in the last 2 years. They have gone above and beyond to settle insurance claims and get the work done. The materials used were above and beyond, the price was very fair and the work was done in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company and Juan.

Turn Key has been roofing my house for 4 months now. They said it would take 2 days. They have failed 2 inspections and now the city has made them get an engineer involved. This was a house that is for sale and we have lost two buyers due to this nightmare. The city has told us that we should file a complaint against their license. Before a small tornado took the roof off this house it never had a leak. We had another roofing contractor look at the roof and they said it is a complete disaster and needs to be removed and redone. They have refused to let us part ways with them and get our money back so we can hire someone who can do this properly. The owner of the company, Ben, has not returned a call or text since it failed the first inspection over 1 month ago. Please be careful if you are considering this company. If this is resolved I will update this review.
