Rick F.Well, what to say. Happy with the roof. Not with customer service. Big break down in communication from the bottom to the top. We had one of the installers step thru the interior ceiling while changing plywood over our closet, never came to say anything. When I called them out on it, he kept saying "" it was an accident "". They left without saying anything to us. Then when I called the sales rep, he said the Forman would be there to look at the damage, NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED. 3 days later we get a call from a painter who is coming to fix it. That was another 3 days. When we went to pay the remaining bill, they said wait until the owner talks to us. A week later we get a call from the sales rep saying, ""we need to come settle the bill"". Do these people not comunicate with each other. Then they forget to send the paper work to the insurance company . And that they are will mail our paid in full receipt, been 2 weeks, no receipt. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. Not happy with the customer service part of this company at all
