Company is a mess. Called the main number and spoke to Michelle Turco regarding getting a quote. She said she was driving and her daughter was taking my address and phone number. Scheduled an estimate and Michelle came out. She asked what I needed and I showed her what I needed done. She told me how she was the best in the area and how the other companies just showed up and flooded the industry in the area. She said her lead guy would come back that Friday and do the estimate. Nobody showed up and I haven't heard back from them. Company seems to be a mess, probably best they didn't want the work.

They repaired the roof on my rental home after the storm. I was nervous to hire someone while living out of state but they were great to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. I will gladly use them again in the future if needed.

Very disappointed with Turco Roofing. They replaced our roof in 2015 however the same leak re-occurred in 2017, (the exact same leak they took pictures of to give our home insurance stating they will repair.) When Turco roofing was called about same leak, we were told it had been too long, the warranty would have expired, we would have to file new claim with home owners insurance. Is this true? You don't guarantee your work past 2 years? We had another roof company to check our roof and they asked who had done previous work because nails had been left uncovered which would cause rust and more leaks. We have called Turco roofing back to notify we are now aware they left nails exposed and that we know WHY they do not guarantee their work! Would not recommend their work to anyone!

I had a roof leak, so I hired Turco Roof Systems. Like pulling teeth to get the job done and then roof leaked within a year! Also cost me $450 to have my garage door fixed, because they never rehung it.

I filed an insurance claim, so money wasn't really an issue. I let Turco do as much repair as was needed. They ended up replacing a lot of the plywood decking, facia and soffits. They also took care of the inside drywall. It took 4 months of waiting and calling both my insurance company and Turco; however, when the job was done, it was like I had a brand new roof. However, within one year, I got another leak. Since Turco warranted their work for 1 year, I called them. After having to keep on them for about 2 weeks, they finally came out and fixed the outside, but the inside ceiling was still stained. For another month I tried to get some sort of reply about whether or not they would take care of the inside, but they just stopped returning my calls and emails. Finally I threatened to write a bad review like this one. They emailed me and gave me excuses and lies, saying that it was my fault that the interior was stained. Instead of just saying, ""We won't take care of the inside, we fixed the outside."" They decided to lie about the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TURCO ROOFING.

Furthermore, Turco had never rehung the garage door after fixing the drywall inside the garage. So when we went to open the garage door, the door fell off the tracks. After getting more lies and no action about Turco coming out and finishing the garage, I gave up. I had to pay $450 to a garage door repair man to have my garage door put back together.

Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB which then prompted Turco Roofing to finally contact me. They explained that there had been a mix-up due to a lack of communication between their field team and the office. They admitted that they had dropped the ball, and sent a painter out. The painter came and painted over the spot that had been made by the leak, but he didn't match the paint. So I again contacted Turco. For the next few weeks we went back and forth where they said that they had paid the painter to repaint the entire ceiling and he should be calling to make an appointment. That never happened.

DO NOT HIRE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
