Meh... The workmanship was acceptable, although they misaligned both my television and internet receivers when they moved them causing each company to have to visit my home to address the issues.

One could not visually identify the workers as Tugwell employees because they came in what can only be described as modern homeless chic. In addition, roofing trash, staples, nails, and tools littered my property through out the project. Even after the project was completed I found additional staples and nails for weeks.

Work with them if you would like but expect to have to clean during and after the project.

We waited many months to get a replacement of our 20+ year old roof. This segment of the construction industry is extremely busy due to the Carr fire and last year's hail storm.

The roof is complete and we are very satisfied with the job, the crew, and the company. They were organized, cheerful, and as tidy as possible for this type of project. We're glad we waited for a local company. Well done.

They're a very professional company. Chris handled all if our early on questions with courtesy and patience. I haven't seen this type of excellent level service in a long time. It started to rain at 7:30 pm and they ran over to check on our roof and make sure we would not have leaks. Tugwell Roofing recently replaced our roof that had been damaged by the hailstorm in Redding last year. Cody and David were very knowledgeable and professional, and all the men who took down the old roof and installed the new roof were very personable and efficient. Did we say very hard working? I can not say enough about Tugwell Roofers. I had hail damage to my roof, got a couple of estimates and went with Tugwell because of their great reputation in the community. The work was just completed and I am delighted. The customer service outstanding, the workmanship outstanding. The team did the tear down quickly, my property was immaculate when they left. The roofers were equally expeditious and immaculate. The roofers were kind, happy to be at work and rightfully proud of the work they did. All of my questions were answered and everything went so smoothly. I felt confident in all the work done. The office staff is also excellent. If you need to choose a roofer look no further. We contacted Tugwell Roofing for an estimate for suspected hail damage. Right away we were contacted by the estimator David. He was out to our house within a few hours, and he was very professional and thorough. He offered us many different options of service, provided us with roofing samples and took the time to explain energy efficiencies of the different roofing products. David also found a substantial error in the measurements our insurance adjuster took and spoke to the adjuster on our behalf and got them corrected. We look forward to working with David and Tugwell Roofing for our new roof.

I started this process last year. My brother also had his roof done by Tugwell an was very happy with the roof .I had messaged them Through this site . They got back to me fast Dan hunter was my go to person for setting up my estimate .Mike was my project manager of my house . Cassie was the office manger she was very helpful with any questions I had . I had a very old roof on my I know it was going to be expensive. I had gotten a estimate from another company but it higher . I knew that they could adjust the estimate if there was any dry rot that needed to be addressed . Mike keep me updated all the way through the process communication was greatly appreciated.
I highly Recommend tug well roofing they are very professional they cleaned up after themselves my roof has never looked So good . One of my neighbor told my brother .thank the neighborhood looks better now that my roof was done so I was very happy to hear that. Thank you to the hole team that made my house look beautiful to me .just a heads up please allow up to six months .they schedule out for .if I could more stars I would.

Beware, grossly over priced! Price gouging on hail damage, they could do 4 houses for the quote I received! Please beware!

We needed a new roof, then the hail came last May, and Tugwell employee let us know that the insurance company would likely cover most of the cost from hail damage. Who knew!
Anyway, contacted insurance company, everything went through and today we have a beautiful new roof (and rain gutters).
The roofers were all professional, polite, thorough, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Jordan came out and inspected the roof, had a couple guys come back and make a few small adjustments and check that the gutters work. They also contacted the insurance adjuster with additional costs that were discovered when removing roofing material, which we are now getting a portion back from our out of pocket cost.
We chose Jeff Tugwell Roofing because they are local, and they are held in high regard because of their excellent reputation. I truly believe that the biggest mistake people can make is hiring someone going door to door, from out of the area. They do the work, then they're gone, never to be seen or heard from again.
I have recommended Tugwell's to several of my neighbors now, and they are waiting for their new roofs.

We were part of the hail damage in Redding, I decided to go with Tugwell cause they're local and there were several out of town storm chasers running around.

Work went well, roof looks great, they were very nice. Cleaned up everything very well and communication was great.
