DO NOT USE THIS HORRENDOUSLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!! I WISH I HAD NEVER LET THEM TOUCH MY ROOF, AS I HAVE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE DUE TO THEIR INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS!!!!!

TSK Exteriors replaced my entire roof after hurricane damage in 2017. I have had nothing but problems with their crews, managers, and owner Troy Krisle. They promised to use their own crew, but sent sub-contractors from Texas instead. While removing shingles, new shingles were installed over the garage- that crew was kicked off the job and I was promised that area would be re-shingled but that did not happen. They did not install the shingles I had asked for, and then refused to make it right. They submitted to the Inspector's office that the roof replacement was completed, and the inspector signed off on it. When the solar company climbed on the roof to install solar panels they noticed that the ridge caps were not installed at all!!!!! I had to fight with the Inspection team who said ""sorry, we aren't allowed to climb a ladder to do our inspection"", and TSK to order the ridge cap shingles before they could complete the job. They charged $10,000 more than the estimate!!

Now for the worst part... My roof never leaked even after the hurricane, but a few months after the roof was installed I had a leak in my garage ceiling. They have been out at least ten times to locate and repair the leak, but never succeeded. It has been nearly 4 years now, and a 4-man team as well as the owner came out for an entire day to locate and patch/repair the leak. They said they did an ""ice water test"" with no leak found, and repaired with a horrible looking ""Hawaiian wave"". NOW I HAVE ABOUT 8 FEET OF MULTIPLE NEW LEAKS IN MY GARAGE!

Amazing experience with this company!! Needed a roof repair and they completed the free estimate and repair all in the same day! James did a great job. Was very knowledgeable, you can tell he has a lot of experience. He called and took pictures before and after the repair. Explained everything to me and gave me a great price. Thank you James and TSK exteriors! Will definitely be using you all for future roofing needs and will highly recommend you to everyone!

Beware of this company, if they are even still in business. However, if you feel the need to hire them, Make sure you do NOT sign anything over to them that allows them to negotiate with your insurance company. Make sure they give you a definitive price and make sure that the items are valid. For example, don't let them bid on four skylights if you are only replacing two,

Don't fall for the patter that they are helping you with the insurance company.

In fact, the best thing you can do is avoid these people at all costs.

BEWARE!!! My 77 year old parent called TSK, they came out to replace roof, siding, windows shed etc..repair! The job was so HORRIBLE that we had leaks EVERYWHERE! Siding was cut so close together, some areas never completed, now has to be repaired, windows were never ordered or repaired but yet tried to get my insurance to give them double amount of estimate and sign the whole check over, and when confronted about what they were doing we were threatened with a lean on our home!!
I demanded they revise the amount owed several times for work that was never completed double charging me tax, extra items never bought, never repaired, windows never replaced etc...I have pictures and emails but I'm not aloud to post !! BUT PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH !! They were recently (2018) on the news!!!!!!!

Unprofessional, stored shingles on roof dumpster in driveway no access to my garageTold 4 different start dates for roof. No supervision when they finally showed up.Left yard a disaster fist day ,nails trash shingles all over . Worked in the dark using flash lite sloppy work tar all over fence and footprints of tar on roof nail heads showing . Neighbors commented on poor workmanship . I complained about look of roof was told ( it's just cosmetic) Then was charged One thousand dollars over what contract stated.

Don't bother calling. They came out and supposedly ""repaired"" my roof. They gave me a price of $350 and I accepted. They came out and started repairing my roof, they told me it was a bigger problem than what they thought and that they had to charge me another $350.00. Since they already had part of my roof torn off I went ahead and told them to continue. It rained 2 days later and we still had a leak. I called them back out and they never showed up. I have continued to call and they said that they would get me a new quote by the end of the week as I needed my whole roof replaced as the patching was not working. It has now been 3 weeks and all of our calls are going unanswered. They obviously do not need any more business so don't waste your time calling.

I was told the job would be done in 3 hours. No it wasn't. Told they be back in the morning. Didn't show. Had no plumbing over night for 12 hours when I realized they closed off our roof vent. I picked up the sharp metal and staples and layed them on their tarp. They took the tarp and threw everything in the yard again. Third day again they didn't arrive and I was as told by the office that we were completed. It wasnt. It was lies after lies. And poor supervision. Hopefully I'll get finished today.
