It has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience to deal with T/S roofing. It took 6 months for T/S to replace our roof even though we were told that they could do replacement within 4-6 weeks after signing the contract. Because of the delay, the interior of our house got further damages.

We had to make numerous calls to get our project on their schedule. For months we were told that they would start the job next week or in two weeks. For multiple times they did not show up on scheduled job start date(not due to weather reason). They did not even informed us in advance that they would not come to our house or explain afterwards why they couldn't make it.

During the job process, there was no communication at all on what has been done. It did not instill any confidence. BTW, our project manager was Ray. I am not sure whether my bad experience is I project manager specific.

T&S was very professional throughout the entire process. The new roof is great - exactly what we wanted. Before starting the roof, they walked us through what to expect and the proposed timeline. There were no surprises. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive and cleaned up the entire site when done.

Extremely disappointed with this contractor. Took them 4 months to complete a re-roof of my home. Constant delays during the permitting process where the contractor did not meet the roof inspector on site. Kept getting promises of completion within one week for about 1.5 months. Received unexpected fees for a total of $1000 at the end of the job.

Professional and responsive. I had T&S fix my grandmother's roof. Poor woman had water leaks after some heavy Miami rain. The crew was on-site quickly and delivered on time and on budget. Most importantly, grandma is happy. If you need help with your roof (or your grrandma's) these are the guys you go with.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Daniel and his crew are excellent in every department. Daniel was punctual and friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what the condition of my roof was, and showed me photos so that I could see for myself what he was talking about. He gave me a detailed explanation of why my roof needed to be replaced, but never made me feel as though he was ""selling"" anything to me. Jorge was the project manager for our new roof and he was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the job that was being done. He was always in contact with us during the whole project. From my first call to our last transaction Jorge was nothing short of amazing. Definitely an honest company and will recommend them to all my friends and family. His crew did a great job, and I am very happy with my new roof.

I have to say the overall experience was positive, this mainly and primarily due to the Project Manager I had assigned Troy Davis. The company, large for a Roofing company, is very close to 'having its ducks in a row' - but with some gaps that need attention. Some Key points are: The salesman I was sent was 'all over it and contacting 2x a day - until I signed the contract and gave a deposit, after that I never heard or saw him, again. This was significant because the original Asphalt shingle and border trim selected was reviewed at night; in the day light the colors were much darker, and within 48 hrs of the contract, we elected for a shade much lighter. I contacted the salesman many times - Never heard from him again. There were several orders of either shingles or border trim that were delivered erroneously, or crossed, with other deliveries that had to be caught by myself, and remedied by the Project Manager, Troy. He had to get involved and remedy every facet of the operation, to include payments - a one man show that really saved the project for me, for us. Additionally there work teams, doing the actual roofing work are very good on-site workers that 'attacked the project' and worked like a swarm of bees to get it done ASAP, and Before the next rainfall. I would recommend them, and already have, but ask for Troy!
