I had over 7 roofing companies come by home for an estimate regarding a new roof. Alex from T & S came by and gave me the most thorough presentation EVER. He was informative & answered all my questions. I signed a contact within the next 2 weeks. Although there were several delays due to the weather almost 5 weeks I was completely satisfied. My project manager Troy was another star team member. He kept me abreast of everything that was going wrong & right regarding the tear off, wood replacement & installation of my roof. Although we went WAY over my initial estimate, I am a completely satisfied customer and I highly recommend their services.

NOBODY SHOWED UP after 3 appointment confirmations ! I waited for 3 hours! I did not go to work waiting for them! NO WAY I CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I requested 2 estimates :repair and replacement of the roof, and SAME DAY of the appointment, after waiting for 3 hours I had to call the person who supposed to do the estimate, Leonel who told me he did not do estimates for roof repairs, that that somebody (Johnny) from the company should had called me to tell me that . WHAT?

I called the company and talked to Natalia, explained my frustration and later that day I got a called from a supervisor Lexie, who promised me to call me back to resolve this unacceptable behavior. still waiting, NEVER CALLED ME BACK !

To be honest, I did not want to re-scheduled , I will not trust my roof to a company that after 3 appointment confirmations and a very clear request for 2 estimates , NOBODY SHOWED UP, NOBODY CALLED ME AGAIN, it is obvious they do not care.

T&S Roofing just completed a job at my property. From the very beginning the project manager Troy was very professional,very helpful & informative. He answered any question that I had. It took a couple of months to actually get the projected started because of permit issues and weather. However, once they workers got started they did not stop. They were very efficient. The roof was done very fast-- less than a week to be exact. My husband and I also decided to do the soffit but at the time did not have the funds. We needed a couple of weeks and they were understanding. Needless to say, everything is finally completed and the roof looks so great. Everything came out beautiful. Thank you to the T&S Roofing team for being understanding, patient, professional, and great overall!

Do not trust this roofing company. We bought the house that needed repairs and the previous owner used them and gave them a warranty. Upon calling them i was advised that the warranty was not covered for me and i should have had it transferred. I am told the warranty does not cover the work due to hurricane. The work was done without a permit so there is no record of it in Miami Dade and thus had issues with insurance as well. This business does not operating under ethics. If you are looking for a trustworthy company and a reliable one, please do not use this company. You will only get a run around.

Pick Anybody Else!!! My roof leaked the day after it was installed....and it continues to leak today. T&S came out and used a garden hose on the roof in search of the leak instead of looking at the wet spot in my attic, living areas and attachment. Following that....they left and I haven't heard from them again. The sales team is smooth, the foreman imposing and the laborers were questionable. Look elsewhere.

After calling and meeting with different roofers, we settled on T&S because they were quick to respond, were punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. We did a re-roof on our 1950's home and chose the TPO system. Every stage of the project was handled smoothly and seamlessly...no surprises, ever! The company seems very organized, from the first meeting with Ricky, to the signing of the contract, then a pre-work walk-through with Troy, they were very clear, knowledgeable, and always in constant contact with us throughout every step of the way. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend T&S to everyone.

After meeting with three different roofing companies, within 5 to 10 minutes of our meeting with T&S Roofing and without knowing the price, we knew right away that's who we wanted to work with.  It was fun to watch the crew working, they were amazing and hard workers.  Jorge walked us through every step and it was a very comfortable experience.  We never felt pressured and all deadlines were met, and it was everything we expected.   We would recommend T&S in a heartbeat!
