I have had two roofs completely replaced this year by Truth Roofing. Because I do not live in Georgia, I had to arrange everything remotely. From the initial call to receiving the final invoice, everything was done well! They communicated well with me, they gave me a fair price, they did a complete job and did it within the time we agreed upon. I have more properties that will need a new roof at some point and I feel that I also have a contractor that I can trust to do those properties as well!

I recently solicited bids to replace the hail damaged roof on my pool house. I got three bids. Truth roofing's bid was way lower than the other two. I was delighted! They sent me a copy of the bid proposal with my signature on it and told me they would schedule the work after I sent a reply accepting the bid, which I did. A week or two later, a lady from their office called me to tell me when they would come do the work. That date passed without them coming. No one from Truth Roofing called me before or after they missed that scheduled visit. A week or two later, I called their office and asked if the job had been rescheduled. I was told that it had not been rescheduled so I asked to have someone call me. The lady told me that ""Chris"" would call me. A week or two passed without anyone from Truth Roofing calling me back. I again called and was told that someone would call. No one did after another week. Last week, I called and was told the same thing. I called them again later in the week and begged the secretary to have someone call me because there had to be some problem that I was not aware of. She told me that she would ask ""Chris"" to call me but he has not called. Clearly, they do not want to do this job. Maybe they decided it is too small a job or possibly that they had bid it too low. In any case, they have never returned any of my calls, so I am not sure what is wrong. They sent me their bid, I accepted the bid and they scheduled the job only to skip that date. The fact that they initially scheduled the job indicates Truth Roofing's acceptance of the contract. This is not a good way to do business and treat potential customers.

Do not use this roofing company!

I called upon recommendation by another roofing company that was four weeks booked out because of a leak and no one ever even returned my call so they will not get my business!!!!!

They haven't even finished the work and I am already over the moon happy. They came out and did a temporary fix to our leaking pipe boot and made us aware of issues we didn't even know we had. We literally have a hole in our roof going into our attic. The gentleman (Ben) that came out was very knowledgeable and honest. I'm so pissed I didn't call them first. The first company I called (southern roofing) messed my walls up inside my house that was freshly painted and that was a whole ordeal. Go check that review out. But if you're here looking for a bad review for truth roofing you won't find it here. I will be updating this as time goes.
UPDATE: everything has been fixed and it looks great and very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed to perfection.
