His crews were excellent in completing the work on schedule and everything stage was done professionally. The end product was way above our expectations. We highly recommend TRUTEX!

So it is the the 26th of September 2020. We started our project end of March 2020.

They destroyed our front bathroom floor...never repaired. Have hired another contractor to repair and replace floor.

Crew showed up tore out kitchen for 4 month's no kitchen sink and no electricity.

After 2nd or 3rd week after starting, project manager leaves for Cabo. No work done for a week. From that point on DOWN HILL.

We went with Trutex because of a family friend.

So many other questionable practices.

We have found a TRUSTWORTHY contractor who we have hired to correct their poor quality workmanship. What a waste of money and time.

I rarely write a bad review but after spendingl spending 75k I got to let people know.

Our neighbor said he was missing a tool after one of workers left...ugh!!

Workers Mmght show up might not. For month's we scheduled our lives to accommodate the reconstruction... there were weeks no worker. We would call and text, no response. Then contractor would mosey on out with empty promises of getting job completed.

You can see the wood cuts in the cheap wood. I thought when it was painted it worlds clear up problem...

Go elsewhere. We feel we were taken advantage.

They have breached their contact in so many areas.

We spent a lot of money and we got sc×@=%&#.

Trutex is the best. My family and friends have used them multiple times throughout the years and they have always taken great care of us. If it's storm damage or complete home remodels they do a fantastic job. They always have forman's overseeing the jobs which give added comfort, oversight and quality management. Our house just got hit from the recent tornado and while it was minor roof and fence damage they came out immediately to help ys. I find their rates to be reasonable without sacrificing quality. The best part is they always seem to go above and beyond to make me happy. If I could give them a higher rating I would not hesitate.

When first working with Mark Sherrard from Trutex contracting I was super impressed. He returned calls/email quickly and showed up if he said he would. Initially, he addressed all my concerns and I felt confident with the fence product I was purchasing. However, a few months after installation - and of course I was assured the installers would install to code - the double gate would no longer latch because adequate spacing was not achieved. When I first contacted Mark he said he would be right out to take a look, then followed up when he didn't make it and then of course never did. So, I paid 3600.00 to complete fencing, less than 1/2 of my yard and I have a gate that will no longer close. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in the product installation as well as the ""after payment service"" that I've received. I do not recommend.
