We had Trusted Home contractors put on our new roof. Our Field Rep was Sophie and she was very good at explaining the Owens Corning products and procedures they would be using. My husband was impressed an sold even though we had estimates from others that were lower. The roofing team was great. They were all polite, courtesy and always answered our questions. They tore off the old and put up the new in two days. The team at Trusted Home Contractors were always very polite and understanding as we wanted this done right away before rain. We met with Sophie on Dec 15 and our roof was up on Jan 12. Thank you Sophie, Levi, Bryan and Roofers.

I needed a new roof and contacted this company. They are not trusted as their name implies. The charged me two and a half times what this job would cost. More importantly they did a poor job. They took advantage of me. I contacted and filed a complaint with the State Contractors Board. In order to stop their investigation, he filed a suit against me. The State Contractors investigation found faulty workmanship. In addition, I won my suit against this company in a court of law. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The Contractors Board informed me they had 23 complaints against them. They advertise heavily and gouge people to pay for their advertizing. They are also fraudulent. They changed the contract after I signed it. Really scary that this company is in existence. I learned my lesson. Writing to spare anyone else from the fraud, deceit and faulty workmanship at the hands of this company.

After well over $30,000.00 in stucco and siding work, I'm now confident to say that these guys are horrible.... They use substandard subcontractors and do not stand by their work. They will blame the contractors and they keep using the same people. My project was supposed to be done MONTHS ago and they are still coming back to repair horrible work. They'll start strong and with 2-4 'field supervisors' but all that does is confuse everyone as they do no communicate with each other. Now they seem to use the excuse ""he has corona so he couldn't come today""..... an hour after they were supposed to show up because their client's time means nothing to them. I've left messages for Howard the GM and the guy in charge of customer service but he ONLY got back to me when I reached out via a comment on their Facebook. They immediately deleted my comment and blocked me from posting more... no wonder they have no bad reviews there. Stucco was cracking days later and after 3 BS ""repairs"", its still cracking. The faux brick was not only put up horribly but it started coming off of the house less than a month later.

HORRIBLE customer service, horrible end result and they are NOT the cheapest... After this experience, I can't imagine recommending them. I usually do NOT put up bad reviews but this has been so horrible and expensive that I didn't want anyone else to go through what I've dealt with. Feel free to message me if curious.

Found this company from the cover ad on Top Pros Magazine. I call on a Thursday and left a message that I needed to get a roofing quote. I get a call later that evening from Howard who proceeds to ask me if my husband can be there when they come to do the assessment (which I found extremely insulting). I proceeded to tell him that my father-in-law will be making all final decisions based on the quotes that I am obtaining but that I will be the only one at the house when they arrive. He then asks me what we need done to the house. So I had to give him a full breakdown instead of someone coming out to assess what they determine needs to be done. So he then makes an appointment to come out the next day around 1pm. Well, I guess my roofing needs don't matter. No Call/No Show!!! Here it is on Monday evening and still nothing. Rude, Rude, Rude. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Luckily there are other people/companies that care about a customer and their needs.

I just had my roof, deck, and paint projects finished with Trusted Home Contractors. They had great service and fast replies. They were very patient to wait with me for our HOA approval for almost two months. Afterwards, they finished these three projects within three weeks. Their crews were efficient and friendly, and the house looks great when finished. Ali was the person I talked to in the beginning to get an estimation. He was very thorough about the process and the materials they are using. Tina is the office manager that communicated and coordinated with me for updates and questions. She is efficient and will answer my questions through text messages even late at night. Brian was the project manager that walked through with me after the project. He was patient and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions in details. I would definitely recommend this company to others who need house work. Even though their price might be a little higher than others in the same industry, but their efficiency, quality of materials, and service definitely worth the price.
