I couldn't be more pleased with Trust Roofing. They finished early in one day they cleaned up well they were very professional and their prices were excellent.

Trust Roofing in Largo claims that it is one of the best flat roofer in the area. I'll let you be the judge.
My flat roof leaked. After some negotiation, I signed a contract with them on 2April 2024. They would start of the 8th After they had some difficulty getting the permit from the city, tne new start day was 16 April.
On that day, 2 workers arrive, sat idly on the roof for nearly an hour, before promising to comeback shortly. After several calls to the company, the new start date was 14 May.
On that day, a worker arrived and opened the roof to the sky. On two occasions that morning, it rained. I measured 1/2 inch. Everything on the porch got soaked. The worker finished up that afternoon. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from the company stating that the bill was due immediately. Later I learned that that day the placed a lien on my property.
Here's where unreliability kicks in. I learned that the roofer had driven a nail into the electric line that ran from the porch ceiling to the garage breaker box. This shorter out the porch ceiling fan, the peripheral security lights to the house and the garage ceiling lights. After several unresponsive calls to the company, an electrician arrived. After several visits reset the breakers and eventually replacing it, the breaker would remain tripped.
So on 11 June, more than 2 months after I signed the contract, representatives from both the company and the electrical company arrived to examine the situation. Now the breaker worked. The electrician said that probably the short had dried out. Everything on that circuit but one section of peripheral lights worked. The roofing company said that nothing in the agreement covered hidden wires.
On 12 June I the representative of the company the full amount of the contract. The lien on my property remains.

I needed a roof repair, the price was fair and they did a good job. However communication was terrible. I had to call the 3 times to see what was going on. I had to initiate conversations that they should have been on top of. Twice the team showed up without communicating they were on their way. then when I went to pay for the worked they tacked on a $54 technology fee, surprise! They are too frustrating to work with.

""You get what you pay for"" and Trust Roofing was well worth the expense that today's roofers are forced to charge. They were first rate and professional. My site manager Tyler was excellent in keeping me up to date on changes throughout the project. The crew was extremely professional in their attention to detail and most importantly their commitment to returning my property to the way they found it.
During my search for a roofer, integrity was my first priority (no yeah, yeah, yeah sales pitches) followed by online reviews. Each interaction with Trust left me feeling I was dealing with a company that was committed to my satisfaction, community reputation and quality of work. This was obvious from the sales staff to the closing walk through.
I highly recommend!

Anyone who is a homeowner in Florida knows how abysmal the insurance situation is here. My house was built in 2002 and still had the original roof, so I've known for a while that I've been on borrowed time. Citizens sold off my policy in November, which I knew meant my roof's days were numbered. My policy renews each September in the height of hurricane season. And because I didn't want to wait for the new company to make me replace the roof, especially during the summer, I decided to bite the bullet and get it replaced.
I got quotes from four companies, and Trust Roofing gave us the lowest price for both the roof and the gutters. Since my in-laws needed a new roof as well, I asked our salesperson Gavin if we could get a discount if they did both houses. Gavin lowered our price by $800 - and also included a free solar attic fan (which normally costs $1000) if I mentioned their Facebook ad.
They got me on their schedule within a week, and installation took just one day. The next day, they installed the new gutters. The project manager kept in touch with me via text (since I couldn't easily answer the phone with my baby in my arms), they provided a link that showed photos of the progress in real time. I noticed the attic fan wasn't there, and it had apparently been overlooked because it hasn't been checked off in the contract (but was written in). They quickly installed it once I mentioned it.
They cleaned up everything very well and we passed our city inspection with no problem. It was such a seamless process. With the invoice, I could either pay with my checking account information, or with a credit card. We chose checking so we wouldn't have to pay the 3.5% credit card fee.
Overall this was such a painless experience, and I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I would not recommend this company. Owner followed up and acknowledged that his crew did an extremely bad job.

Trust came out and installed my roof. The roof looks good and I think the price for the value was good. I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. So he stopped by and resolved the issue. I want to be clear. This is the way that you handle business and I truly would whole heartily recommend this company as they do care about their customers and the roof does look fantastic.

I am so pleased with the work that Trust Roofing has done for my home. All the other companies told me that we needed a new roof when in reality we only needed the flat roof repaired. When it's time for a new roof I would be using them. The price was wonderful and within our budget. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or their flat roof repaired. The guys get our roof done in one day even before the rain stay.

We used Trust Roofing last month for our new roof. Everything was great except the communication and getting an ETA on when they were going to finish. It took weeks to get our product in which was fine but then when they came to install they measured the product short so they had to come back out a week later and finish it. I know things happen but things like this shouldn't happen at a professional company. We had some issues getting a straight answer on what was going on and when the job was going to be finished. Again, they are a great company but just some areas they need to tighten up.

After getting quotes from three other roofing companies, I contacted Trust Roofing for a fourth quote. My roof was about 21 years old and needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with the their salesman and his knowledge of what i needed and wanted. I live in a deed restricted community and we had to be precise as to the color and type of shingles need. After we agreed on a price, i did not have to put any money down or pay for it, until the job was completed to my satisfaction. They were able to remove the old shingles and replace with new shingles in about one day. I did need to replace an old sky light, which Trust handled fairly and as quickly as possible. I did have installed a solar shade closing sky light and we love it. It runs by solar power to close it during the day, when the sun is directly overhead. The owner even came out to go over a small punch list to conclude their work. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors. WE are very pleased.
