Outstanding service and my I am very happy with the roof repair. My first repair was an emergency roof leak -much damage in my garage.
That area was repaired and I had no further leaks during the heavy brain fall
I requested he come back out and inspect my entire tile roof. He took pictures of the areas that needed some repair and I had the necessary repairs completed. Paul is honest and I have total trust in his work.

They did a perfectly good job and were timely and quick and cleaned up the mess, they did not however, respond to repeated (4) requests to replace a missing piece of flashing or to provide an estimate on another quarter panel of roofing. I used them twice but I guess my job wasn't big enough to ensure I got total quality or customer service ( or another estimate)
Use them at your own risk is all I can say

As part of selling our home, we needed some minor roof repairs per the home inspection. We agreed to a quote of $1375 that would include a two year certificate of warranty over the roof. Our fault for not getting other bids, but a lot was going with the move. We agreed on 12/19 and as of 1/7 nothing had been done. We complained and a crew of 4 came out 1/9, and spent a total of 30 minutes, replacing two tiles, secured a few slide tiles, used some blowers to remove some debris, and sealed some jacks. Expected more. If you subtract the certificate of $300, we ended up paying $500 per man hour, excluding the cost of a couple of tiles and some sealant. Felt like we were taken because the house was under escrow. Owners response was that he has expenses and it was a fair price.

Roofing work seemed to be done well, they got started quicker than expected, the workers were very nice, most interactions were very professional. I'm not complaining about the quality of composition roofing, as I'm sure that's high quality (time will tell).

BUT the roof color was NOT what we wanted. They got their files mixed up.THEY PUT ON THE WRONG COLOR! Yes, a human error but the compensation for something that was NOT our error, was so MINIMAL!!!!! - less than .03% of the total cost. May I repeat, it was NOT our error! We gave our color request over the phone, it was NOT in writing. Future customers, take notice... confirm your color choices, in writing, AND all what will be done, even if you have a contract. We probably should have asked them to replace it with our choice of color. I guess I thought they would have compensated us better.

On top of that, a good portion of the paint of the front facing garage gable was peeled off in the process of them removing some of the old framing. It was LEFT in that peeled off state, looking terrible! Now we have the cost of house painting on top of the cost of the roof.They didn't even respond to these concerns. Afterall, they have their money, why bother with an unhappy customer? I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer. :(

Had them repair a leaking roof coming from the ""valley"" between two roof lines. They gave me a one year warranty on those repairs. Unfortunately it started leaking again in the same spot a year and a half later.

Just recently heard this companies advertisement on the local talk radio station and it prompted me to write this review. I have no idea why these people would advertise after the experience I had with them. A little over a year ago I heard their ad, I was in need of roof repair on my 18,000 foot building. I called to set an appt for somebody to come out for an estimate. They did not show for the appointment. It stopped raining , so my roof stoped leaking , and off to other more pressing issues at work. About six months go buy and I know I have to do something with the roof , so I call them again for another estimate, explaining what had previously happened and they apologized and said they had a bad employee and he no longer works there , I get it , I employ 45 people , stuff happens. I make another appointment for estimate , and again they no show me. This time they called and tried to reschedule for the next day. I said ok , the next day came around , and I was stood up again !!! I called trust all to say forget it and they said the guy was on his way. I said no thank you. About 45 mins later a guy showed up asking for me to give an estimate for the roof. When I met him he asked to borrow a ladder since he didn't have one. Really ? I figured that was a perfect estimate. I told me that I really didn't want this company to do the work. How could I have them start when you can not even get them to show up for an appointment. I get it. There are good companies and bad out there. The only part that confuses me is why in the world would the advertise to try to get business when in my experience they cannot handle what they have, we went with another local roofer. They came out on time and completed the work with in a week.

I talked to and got quotes from 4 roofing contractors to replace my old shake roof. I choose Paul and Trust-All roofing because he was honest and straight about the job and what was needed. I was also getting a solar system so I set up a meeting with Paul and the solar company to discuss the process, timelines and coordinate the work. Trust-All showed up on time, did the job in a clean and efficient manner. They pulled the permits as part of the job and even called the company that I used to install my insulation to get the certificate that it was 13 1/2 inches of blown in insulation. Before they started Paul pointed out I had some cracked glass in one of my skylights and gave me a name of a company that could fix it. Highly recommend this company and Paul. If I ever need another roof this is who I would call.

Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, from Paul to the onsite lead worker. The job was done with a high amount of care and quality, with the only delay in the process being the very late arrival of the City inspector....grrrr. Very reasonable price too! Love the new roof!

Paul came out within 24 hours and fixed (in the rain mind you) the roof to one of my rentals. He was honest about work that needed to be done, but didn't lie and say it had to be done immediately just to get the money. He was kind and respectful. I will definitely use them every time I need a problem fixed on a roof on any of my rentals and my house.
