Trump-it roofing did an amazing job on our roof, they were very professional and did the job in a timely manner. They also handled the insurance company for us and that made the process stress free.

We needed to replace our roof and Trump-It Roofing was in the neighborhood doing a job for our neighbor and their work looked good so asked for estimate. They helped guide us through the insurance work and promptly got us on schedule on a day we liked. They completed the roof in 1 day! And all the thousands of bits and pieces that get thrown around when replacing a roof - they cleaned it ALL up same day - I couldn't find a nail!! They gave us a very reasonable cost upfront and stuck to it - no surprise cost overruns. And followed-up the next business day to ensure everything was done correctly - and took drone photos/videos before/during/after to ensure high quality results. Definitely recommend.

Update #2: I tried to leave a review on the company page and they have it to where you can leave no negative reviews. I have now contacted the company to make them directly aware of my frustrations. I was I told that the child that came to my door as company representation was ""not a child ma'am.... he is in HIGH SCHOOL"". I was also told that he had his salesman come by TWICE to take pictures this morning and there was no trash that I am accusing him of. I expect nothing from these people but to own up to the horrible way they ran this job. That is obviously not going to happen. After being accused of lying about it all I obviously get mad and he tells me ""now your getting a little hysterical"". Awful customer service. If anything comes out of this I hope it makes everyone consider ever doing any business with them. Making roofs great again my ass...

Update: The owner reached out to me (which I appreciate) and said she would be sending the crew back out to pick up the mess. I politely told her that was not necessary since I already picked picked it all up. A few hours later I get a knock at the door and a CHILD (this is no exaggeration. MAYBE 11 years old) to my door and says ""do you have trash in your back yard"" I let him know I already picked it up but thank you. The owner of the roofing company that installed MY roof (discover roofing) saw my post and offered to come roll for nails. Attatched is what he found in my driveway and yard. 14 NAILS!! This is AFTER the ""company"" came back out.

When you get a new roof you would expect to find a few little pieces of shingle left behind, maybe even a nail or two. What you DON'T expect is for your NEIGHBOR to get a new roof and you get left with this....

7:30 yesterday morning I wake up to the sound of my neighbors getting a new roof. I look out the window (just to be nosey)and see shingles being thrown towards my car. I go out to the driveway and sure enough my car has shingles all around it. I may or may not (I DID!) let it be known I was un happy to the crew working. I park my car at another neighbors house since there was no safe parking to be found close to my own home. When walking back up my house I see a young man who looks like he may be in charge so I ask him if he is a supervisor. He responds with"" no just a salesman"". Now I can understand why he didn't want to be labeled as the ""one in charge""! I let him know I didn't appreciate having my car surrounded by shingles and he just kind of blew it off and said ""oh sorry"".

Fast forward to this morning. This is what I wake up to. Trash. Trash. Trash. Please explain to me why I am left to clean all this up after someone else. I am not even the one who received a service from these people. Now I am left with a mess to clean up.

To top this ALL off I go take a look at the company sign/name and I see they are profiting off the name Trump. Now let me make this very clear. There is nothing politically driven about this post BUT if you are going to use my presidents name for your business and claim to be out ""making roofs great again"" please make sure you are doing ATLEAST a half ass job. He would never run a business the way you are running one. He would laugh and tell you all "" You're fired"".

Last but not least.... I hope this makes everyone stop and think about what companies they hire when doing home repairs. Not only to insure YOU are getting top notch service but also so your neighbors aren't pissed off with unnecessary messes left around.

These guys are the absolute BEST you can get. They worked with us and our insurance company seamlessly. The were punctual, efficient, incredibly professional and made getting a new roof a pleasurable experience. On top of all of that, they were just nice, honest people. I truly cannot say enough great things about them - if you need a roof - CALL THEM - you won't be disappointed. My house looks fantastic! Thank you TRUMP-IT!!
