This guy is a nightmare to deal with. We have had to have our plumbing re-done multiple times, paint redone multiple times and it's still messed up, granite is getting bad stains (after living in the house only a few weeks) because it wasn't sealed properly and he knows nothing about it. He's incredibly unprofessional. I finally asked to hire other professionals ourselves to finish the projects and for him to give us the amount of money back that will cover them as we have paid for the whole job unfortunately. He first refused to discuss, then eventually said he would ""make me an offer"" only because I was posting my horrible experience which he goes behind and deletes as he deletes all negative reviews of himself. He also did not respond whatsoever about me getting other bids to even see what the expenses were to cover the work. The offer never came though when he said, and there is no communication from him as to why he is again not doing what he says he'll do. A simple ""ok, send me the bids and I'll send the offer then "" would have done. Or even better how about ""we're sorry for all the inconveniences we've put you through. Sure, send the bids and we'll take care of it"" would have been the right thing to do, but we get zero response about that and instead he made it sound like he was making an offer without any interest in what it would actually take to get the job covered. Either way, there is no follow up, no offer, and poor/ no communication as per the last two maddening months. We can't deal with him any longer as his behavior and having constant re-do's are causing severe unnecessary stress. Had to contact BBB and Good Contractor. Appears altogether and professional up front and then acts like a completely different person when he has your money and things don't go right. Lots of very frustrating no shows as well.
