I had a great experience with TrueCraft Construction with a recent roof replacement. Branden, Abraham and Samuel were in constant communication from the initial estimate to the final inspection. They were very involved and accommodating while waiting for the HOA approval. The job was also completed before the the forcasted rain and the roof looks great!

I am happy to give Truecraft Construction 5 stars, initially we met with Samuel and Abraham. They were extremely professional and polite while thoroughly explaining the step by step process of replacing the roof. If we had any questions they were quick to get back to us with a response. The workers cleaned up each day when they were done. Everyone from Branden the owner to the workers replacing our roof were excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Branden and Samuel with Truecraft Construction went above and beyond to quickly and efficiently replace our 30 year old roof after providing a fair and reasonable quote. Our re-roof, from start to finish was complete in 2 days. Customer service was respectful, responsive and top-notch. Branden, the owner, came out after hours in the dark to ensure our roof was properly covered to protect from rain, the day our old roof was removed. Additional, they responded to our request to adjust the metal drip edges at the peaks of our roof, checking in frequently to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Truecraft to our neighbors and community!

Truecraft Construction redid my single family house roof. I am giving them Five Stars, Here are my reasons why.

* Excellent Customer Service,
* knowledgeable on the roof that we had and what we need to invest in with a new roof .
* always responded back in a timely manner with correspondence.
* Finished the project within the projected timeframe, they said.
* Cleaned up every day after working on our roof.
Had a small issue with the electrical outlet and wire that got burnt out. They were a class act and had electrician come out and fix the issue, No added charge.
Overall, I could've have asked for better professionalism and excellence with Truecraft Construction. I would hire this company again with any future projects, as well as recommend them to friends and family. I know they would be in good hands.

True craft painted our home. I was very impressed with the time they took in all the surface preparation. Also their crews were kind, neat and kept the area fairly clean and chaos free at the end of each day. They cleaned up at the end and offered to help me in many miscellaneous things. I had purchased new house numbers and they graciously mounted them for me. This is a quality operation, family owned and run. Highly recommend.

The salespeople were very kind and explained any questions I had. They were available via phone too! The crew was amazing and paid attention to details. As with another reviewer, I was left in the lurch by another contractor on a new 10 window and one door installation project. Truecraft was able to pick up the job and complete the window installation in four hours! The next day Branden and Brysen came to do the door. I knew it was going to be a big job due to termite damage, but they got to work right away and had it cleaned out in no time. Installing the new door in a house not completely plumbed presented problems, but they resolved all challenges and the door looks and works beautifully. All this for a fair price that was consistent throughout the project. Thank You Truecraft Construction!

We first met Branden when he came out to give us a very fair quote. He was very patient as we had to wait a couple of weeks for a claim to be approved!

When we finally got the approval Branden and Brysen came in and checked for mold as we had a roof leak that was bad!! These young men got on the job quickly and did an amazing job on 2 bedrooms that needed drywall patching and painting on walls and a ceiling.

At the end of each day they cleaned up so that the family was not burdened with the usual mess that is made when you have a contractor who comes in to do work! They were very kind, courteous and respectful which is very rare these days!

We were so happy with what they did in the house that we hired them to do stucco patchwork around the base of the house that had gotten damaged by all the rain recently. They were very good to pay attention to detail and wanted to make sure that they did a good job which they did!

Thank you Branden and Brysen for a job well done!
