The team at True Roofing did a great job swapping my metal roof out for a new comp shingle roof after I had a fair amount of damage from the last two winters.

Communication was great, workmanship on the roof was great, and Casey and team hit every expectation and more. My big worry was a company out of Sac doing roofs up in the mountains but they have a ton of local knowledge and experience at elevation.

Casey, the co-owner, also spent hours talking to my insurance company to make sure that I got a fair settlement.

We got our roof done by True Roofing about a year ago. Never had a single problem with our roof in the past, it was just advised that our roof was getting old and we were getting solar, so we got a new one. Now, we have a leaky roof! And the cop out is that it's our HVAC unit causing the leak, though that unit was replaced two years prior and we never had a problem with leaks before the roof was completed. It's a legal term, causation. And it's clearly there. But true roofing refuses to fix the problem. Thanks.

My husband and I bought a house with a broken sky light. We wanted it completely removed because it was over our master bedroom. We called multiple roofing contractors but they wouldn't do the interior insulation and dry wall work. We called multiple general contractors but the job was too small for them. A friend used True Roofing and Construction and referred us to Casey. Casey and his team were able to remove the skylight, patch the tile roof with extra tiles we had, insulate the attic space, drywall, and texture the drywall. After they painted we are not able to see where the skylight used to be. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism True Roofing provided!!

Casey and his team are absolutely amazing to work with! Our insurance company wanted to give us pennies on the dollar for damages we encountered during the last year's winter. Contacted True Roofing for an estimate on a reroofing project for my home. They responded quickly and gave an estimate. Roofing is priced by the ""square"" which is 100 square feet. National costs for composition shingles from https://homeguide.com is, ""Roof replacement costs $5,700 to $16,000 on average, depending on the size, pitch, and material. A new roof costs $300 to $600 per square (100 SF) on average, including materials and installation. Roofing labor costs $150 to $300 per square.""(1)

ForbesHome states, ""Remember that in roofing terms, this means between $400 to $4,000 per roofing square, or about $700 for the most popular materials.""(2)

This Old House gives costs as, ""Architectural/premium asphalt shingles $4.50-$8.25,"" which is 450-825 per square.(3)

The quote was for 43.75 square of roofing totaling 40,883.40 or 934.48 per square. This is 14% more than the most expensive national cost. Shop around the same quality is much less than 935 per square.

Hire this company for your new roof! Casey and his team were absolutely the best. Super professional from beginning to end. I had contacted many roofing companies, most of them never called me back. Casey returned my call promptly, scheduled a time to look at the roof. Casey is very knowledgeable and uses technology to analyze the roof and provided a quote quickly. Very impressive. He provided all the pertinent information to my insurance company for a speedy approval. Once the project was started, his crew left the yard super clean each night. Great workmanship, I highly recommend his company.

True Roofing was the best price for the value. They are true professionals and worked with us during the entire project. Casey was responsive to my inquiries about solar and financing, and Matt was great to work with. The crew arrived at my home on a Wednesday morning and were finished by Saturday. They were on time and did a great job at the end of the day cleaning up and taking care to pick up any loose nails. Matt even did a final walk through and clean up on Saturday. I would highly recommend True Roofing, and have already forwarded their information to a few of my friends looking to install a new roof.

This is my initial review for TrueRoofing CA based on the process so far. Casey C has been helping to get my project started after the atmospheric rivers/high winds took shingles right off my roof. ?We met v?irtually to discuss the project, pick out design, and handle the contract digitally. Even hand holding and supporting with the back and forth with insurance?. The crew was even able to get started earlier than expected. ?Will write a follow up when the work is done but so far the Sales/Project confirmation process has been a great experience and I would recommend Casey to anyone looking at a roof replacement project.?
