Got my home re-roofed in Jan 2021. From beginning to end True Home Hawaii did an awesome job re-roofing our home. Could not believe how great of a team work they had from ripping off two layers from my house to installing my new roof shingles. They also prepped my home surrounding with plastic to catch any debris. Clean up was awesome. Their team of roofers were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing install. Their workmanship warranty is also great. Mahaloz

Just wanted to share a quick thanks on our positive re-roofing experience we just had done. Trevor Carlson (up here in Pupukea), and Michael Colosimo of True Home Hawaii did an impressive job replacing our old high pitched A- frame roof. After hearing they'd done a great job on our neighbors roof months ago, we started having some major leaks as this wet weather pattern had set in.
They were on it. They sent in a solid, hardworking crew and in two days they had torn out the old and put in the new one.
We're super grateful to them for their excellent planning and communication, and some tricky custom work. Thanks again Trevor and Michael for exceeding our expectations

Roman was the project manager and we are so pleased with his service. He helped us to see what needed to be repaired on our roof and shared the options with us. He walked us through the process of utilizing our insurance and we did our part and True Home overdelivered on theirs. This was a blessing because without this type of service we probably would not have been able to afford roof repair/replacement. They are fair and quick workers. We've been recommending them to our family and friends too.

So my roof was old, out of code, and pretty beat up from storms. I called my insurance company, who (expectedly) gave me the runaround. I got a flyer in the mail from True Home Hawaii that advertised how they help with the insurance process with no extra charge.

This was HUGE because I felt intimidated by the bureaucracy of the process. Within a day of calling, Jesse showed up to walk me through the insurance process. Jesse was extremely professional, flexible, and patient with my barrage of questions. I could just tell he was extremely caring and capable at his job. In a nutshell, he represented me to the insurance claim agent so that stress was off my back. What I loved too was how communicative Jesse was, checking in and making sure the process was flowing well.

Within a week or so, the claim was approved, and just days after that, a team showed up to fully replace my roof, which they did within a day's work. Jesse and his team also got insurance to replace rotted wood, get new drip edge, and install a solar fan - things that make the roof up to code.

I don't always write reviews, but I couldn't help myself with this company. I feel incredibly blessed with my new roof. These guys are SHARP. They are on the ball, caring for customers, and keeping the bar set high. I love that they went to bat with insurance for me, because without it I wouldn't have been able to afford a whole new roof. GIVE THEM A CALL.

I give them 100 stars! I have only good things to say about the crew who came to work on our old, old roof. My roof looks soooo beautiful.They started the hard work first by scraping the many layers of roofing paper, and replaced it with ply wood before laying the roofing paper and shingles. They went far beyond I expected. They also replaced the eaves which had so much rotting. The group that came to our house was always cheerful, they cleaned up afterwards on a daily basis, swept the area they worked where we park our cars, they used a magnet sweeper to get nails so our cars wouldn't pick up the nails in our tires, they were superb! I highly recommend this company! Don't look any further for another roofing company to do your roof. They are the BEST! I will definitely hire them again when we build an addition or new house! Thank you so much True Home Hawaii! You are the best of the best! I have to add a photo tomorrow. You have to see what a great job they've done!

I have recently had my entire roof completed by True Home Hawaii and I have not been more impressed by a company. Not only was the work completed flawlessly and IN ONE DAY, they were behind me every step of the way in getting my claim completely covered by my insurance company. While I deserved complete coverage, Insurance only wanted to cover a small portion...but that was not good enough for True Home Hawaii. Not only did they do most of the communication with my Insurance company, but they advised me in every step of the process. I seriously felt like I had a team behind me, supporting my family and I through a very complicated process. As if that wasn't enough, they continued to come up with ways on how to maximize the use of my deductible. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT COMPANY. It's been a long time since I've said that about any organization. They have my strongest recommendation!!!!! TRUE HOME HAWAII IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!!

Throughout the process of getting the metal roof installed the company has followed through with every challenge being met with the utmost of professionalism and commitment to excel. True Home Hawaii was an awesome company to work with! Working with Chris Jones to get our roof repaired due to wind damage was a very easy experience. He was able to talk us through the process, materials, & estimate thoroughly so that we understood what was going on. He was even able to get about 80% of the cost of the repairs covered through our insurance. The whole process from start to finish took about a month (3/4 of the time was waiting on paperwork & approvals from the insurance company). The actual work on our roof itself took only 2-1/2 days with minimal disruption to our lives. Definitely at least give them a call/email to see what they can do to help you out with your roofing/repair needs!
