I had been very excited to work with True Force Roofing regarding putting in skylights in my very dark house. Once the salesman told me it was doable, I decided to stay in the house, instead of sell it, and move forward with other renovations. It was not until I paid the deposit, for the skylights, did someone who does the work at True Force Roofing, finally look at the pictures of my attic and realize the work was not doable unless ducting was moved to make way for the skylight. that would cost me an additional $600 from a HVAC company to do that work. I had asked if we could come to a compromise and lower the cost of the bid as the miscommunication had caused me to move forward and pay for other projects which I would not have done. They told me they would talk to the owner and he would reach out to me. I had to follow up a few times to finally get a call. The owner was sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. Sadly, I think because I am a woman he talked to me like I was an idiot and could not understand that the ducting was in the way. Lots of mansplaining! It was kind of comical. The sad thing is I was going to ask them to do my son's roof if I had a good experience with them. So, lesson to other business owners, do not cut off your nose to spite your face. A compromise could have been made and there would have been more business due to that compromise. Now I am an unhappy customer who has asked for a refund.

this was an absolute first time experience for us. Never ever have we had a contractor, of any type, come to our home to give us a quote on a repair, where they were honest enough, to tell us that the problem we thought we had did not exist? True Force did exactly that!
We called them to inspect and quote us a price on what we were told was a roof leak. After inspection, Dave actually told us the metal roof showed no sign of a leak. This after another contractor told the sellers of home we just purchased needed over $4,000 in repairs. We did not see evidence of a leak and True Force confirmed it for us.
It just blew us away!: The honesty and recommendations he gave us was so very much appreciated.
May not have had to hire them this time but, guarantee, if we ever really do have an issue, we will definitely call True Force.
