I take pride in the fact that at TCS, we only work half days. We generally work from 7 AM to 7 PM. Maintaining a consistent structure for three decades speaks volumes about our adaptability and resilience. I take pride in the obligation to innovate when times are tough, ensuring we can provide for many families. Understanding others while ensuring we are understood is a fine line to walk.

I've witnessed young men join our team and grow into their own paths. It’s a true gift to witness this growth. I have been fortunate to see how this journey has unfolded. I wish my late wife Leslie could be here to experience this. Leslie was the best office manager I’ve ever known.

I had the privilege of working for a wise, traditional roofer in Houston. Ellis Clepper from Tex Flex Roofing took me under his wing for four years. I was eager to start my own roofing repair and replacement company. He gave me his blessing, and I set off on my journey. We remain good friends to this day. In no time, TCS expanded to 15 full-time staff and maintained a strong six-figure monthly income. Our projects included roofing for restaurants and apartment buildings across Texas and Louisiana. In brief, my wife unexpectedly passed away at the age of 29 in July 2005. I was unprepared for that loss. I relocated back to Lubbock in 2007, where I was raised, and worked on rebuilding my life. All is well now.

In 2009, we ventured into tree removal and trimming to complement our roofing services. I find it manageable to oversee two smaller businesses. We recognize our limitations and work within that scope. I love Lubbock and its community. I am excited about the prospects that await us. Thank you, True Fullingim.
