Nathan and Team are extremely responsive and patient. We needed a very straightforward and simple repair, a family member smashed a hole in the drywall and we needed it patched and painted. Nathan communicated dates, times and expectations thoroughly and in a responsive manner. I never hit a voicemail and even though multiple parties were contacting Nathan to accomplish this he remained patient and explanatory. Tahoe Truckee Pros really delivered for us. In Nov. 2019 we had a water leak from our refrigerator at our condo in Tahoe Donner. My nephew had stopped by and noticed that the carpet in the living room was soaked and then went into the kitchen and saw the flood. Based on reviews, a friends recommendation and the job we needed, I called Tahoe Truckee Pros right away. Jim was kind enough to stop by within the hour of me calling. He evaluated the situation and made recommendations. I really trusted his knowledge and confidence of what needed to be done. Since I couldn't be there (I was recovering from surgery) he and I communicated by phone. Anyhow, over the week he dried out the water damaged areas, removed damaged flooring and removed the carpet and checked the condo daily. I found his prices to be fair and reasonable given the situation and urgency. I would highly recommend and use them again in a heartbeat.

Great job by Nathan, Jim, Sammy and Cathy!

We had a bunch of fairly large holes in ceilings that were created (intentionally) when we had to chase down and repair some plumbing leaks between floors. Nathan and Jim came out several months ago to look at things and give us an estimate, but we had to wait a few months before doing the actual work to make sure that the leaks were finally gone. They gave us a firm $ estimate and time to completion, and hit all targets. We're very pleased with the work, and will most definitely call TTP when we have bigger paint, deck stain, carpet and other jobs. Thanks guys!

We used Truckee Tahoe Pros last year do a complete interior paint job and were pleased, so asked them to do our exterior recently. Wow, I can't believe it is the same company. They did not prep work or clean-up, we are still scraping stain and paint off window and door frames. They power washed our exterior with chemicals that leaked thru windows and stained the interior paint as well as the window and door frames. There was NO supervision from Nathan on the project. They have taken on too much work and the quality has suffered greatly.
