These guys did an excellent job !!!!! They had demolition and new plywood done in one day. They work efficiently. They started Thursday morning and were done by Saturday midday. The quality of the roof is top notch. I was also very happy that literally no mess was left behind. They replaced all the metal as well and metal trim . I highly recommend if you're like me and want the job done fast and with quality.

I originally contacted Troy because I had a quote from another roofing company, but they would/could not remove the solar panels. I had leaks, a roof that was 60 years old and 3 layers thick (the previous owners never removed the old layers).

My solar panel company said contact Troy Roofing for the panels. Not only did Troy (owner) say no problem, but he also said, what about giving you a quote for the same job.

He set me up with his Project Manager - Justin. I never told them how much the original quote was but it was not even close. Halfway through the job, we noticed the insulation should be replaced. Troy offered a discount to replace it at my discretion to do the job. I'm an engineer and wanted the old stuff gone.

Troy Roofing showed up on time, at cost, and with no BS. Materials are hard to get right now, but they did not make that an excuse. Tear Down, inspection, build-up, inspection, done.

I received constant updates on any changes or issues.

Troy installed the best materials (Owen's corning) with a ridiculous company and manufacturing warranty, and I don't have any leaks.

I had installed 50 year Tamko shingles in 2007 and 14 years later and they cracked and failed. It was clear I needed a whole new roof so I got 6 quotes in the Covina area. Troy Roofing's quote was very reasonable and one of the lowest quotes. Because they were very quick with responding and very close to my house I decided to go with his company. What an EXCELLENT decision. They did an outstanding job with my new roof with Owens Corning product. Jaron did a great job explaining the job and working at the job site.
