Quite disappointed with this company -- I scheduled that they were to come out and look at my leaking skylight 10 days ago, they were supposed to come out today between 2-3 pm. Today when I followed up to confirm that they were coming they couldn't confirm my appointment and then called me back to say I was not on their sales calendar. So I've waited 10 days in torrential rains and now have to start over. They also told me they are not prioritizing skylight repairs as they are busy with roof jobs due to the rains. Great that their business is doing great although I would have appreciated that information 10 days ago. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Derrick and his team were great. I hired them to install 4 skylights in my house and they did a fantastic, very professional job. Not only was it done with close coordination with me on the look/feel, but they did not cut any corners and took extra steps to be sure it was all done correctly. We had major rains soon after installation and everything was just fine - they really took care of the integrity of the roof. The crew was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

After many years, I finally decided to replaced my old dome skylight which was aging and horrible in energy savings due to the heat in the summer time and cold air in the winter time. After the installation, I called them and let them know that I still had the heat problem. This is when Derrick (the owner) came to my rescue! He came personally the next day to install another layer to reflect the heat away from the skylight's glass which did the trick... After several days of heatwave, it was much better. My kids are actually studying under the skylight with natural light. Before we replaced the skylight, everyone stayed away from the it as it was too hot in the summer time. I highly recommend these guys! They will go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with everything.

I love my solar ventilating skylight!! Stewart was the sales rep and was great to work with. Nick was the installer and completed the job within a day to perfection. And Claudia is also very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We used Trouble Free Skylights to install a couple new skylights. They got the permit application and necessary approval for the job, built new shafts, installed the skylights, and finished up the shafts. The team is great, very professional and courteous. Also, we appreciate that they were willing to come out to fix a few things even after the job was fully paid for. They genuinely seem to care about their customers and the quality of their work. We think that really sets them apart from many contractors we have worked with.

Overall great experience from beginning to end. Dee Dee was very prompt in scheduling an estimate, and Stewart came out the day after I called to give me a quote. I was impressed with the accuracy of Claudia's estimate for when the skylight would actually be installed -- it happened just 1 day after she thought it would.

Tim and Tim just left after replacing the skylight, and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! They were so prompt, and they got the job done in under an hour.

Trouble Free Skylights gave me a better price than other places I looked at, and their service was great. I would definitely recommend them!
