I have to say this was an excellent choice and use of funds. They advertise 'Safe Solution Cleaner' with no high pressure chemical roof cleaning. This honestly upped my curb appeal and general cleanliness of my home in so many ways. My 12 year old roof looks brand new. Jeff (owner) and Ben arrived on time as scheduled and worked their magic. A couple house later, all done! Black roof I cast thee out!!! There was a very tiny hint of bleach smell immediately after, but that soon dissipated. I did run my sprinklers for 20 minutes just to be on the safe side after the application & completion, but I was told there was no need too. Initially I was worried that this process would either damage my shingle roof and/or my landscape and lawn, but it's been a week now and all looks good. I received an emailed reply/quote from Danielle who was exceptionally pleasant and honest the very next day, less than 24 hours from my online submission. Despite a very small miscommunication error, I still went with the company and felt they were the best for my needs. This company offers a lot of perks/guarantees such as cleaning your drip edge & fascia (included in quote - no hidden costs, not voiding your roof's warranty or killing your landscape/grass/plants, in addition to very reasonable rates and down to earth, kind, caring employees. I highly recommend this company!
