We had a 24 year old roof that needed to be replaced. I knew we had some leakage in 2 corners of the house. After they inspected the roof and the attic (with lots of pictures), we received a quote. We were very happy with that. It was what I was expecting it to be. The sit down of going over the estimate and what the job would entail was very detailed. I LOVED THAT! I knew what to expect so no surprises. In the areas (like when they were tearing off they old roof) if unforeseen things were found, that were not visible at the time of the quote, I was told exactly what that process & cost would be for those in. The whole process (with the city inspector signing off) took 3 days and a couple hours on the 4th day. Marlena & Joel (the owners) were in contact with me EVERYDAY of the process. The site was left very clean at the end of each day. They attention to detail from this company was a 10 out of a 10! I am a kind of picky/detailed person, they worked flawlessly with me on all of my questions and concerns. We have to dogs and they understood our concerns with keeping a safe backyard for them also. Thank you TRMJ Roofing... Now Santa has a safe place to land his sleigh this holiday season.
