Recommended Customer Reviews

I can't say enough about Brad and his team. They put a roof on our home back in 2017 and although that experience was not exactly what I expected (not his fault) he has continued to come by PERSONALLY and check on our roof. If it needs any tune-ups, he sends one of his team members. Heath is also amazing- they are both personal and have great customer service skills, making sure they are not only providing a great product but cultivating the relationship to make sure they have customer retention in the future. So many companies forget this step and Triumph Roofing is getting it RIGHT! Thank you guys for taking care of us.

Triumph has some good things and things they could definitely improve on. The good things are that their office staff is friendly and very easy to work with, they have an award, have had good reviews and the sales rep. makes a good presentation with video cameras and samples. The biggest problem I see with Triumph is you never meet the owner and their hiring practices are lacking. Without going into detail, the people that they have hired have been less than honest, and hurt their business a lot and they always seem to be in damage control mode rather than thriving. They put up my roof in 2017. In 2019 I'm having to replace my roof (due to hail damage) again and found that the previous roofing contractors from Triumph had left a broken ventilation pipe in the roof without notifying anyone! This could have caused major mold issues. I understand they have gotten new people and are on the mend but when they came out this time around before they would do anything, including a look at my warranty, they had a form I had to sign with added fees I'd incur if this and that didn't happen within such and such time. I understand they're trying to protect themselves, but it didn't sit well with me. They said no pressure, but I felt some pressure and they didn't answer my question as to why the warranty didn't cover at least part of the repairs this time around. Lastly, it took them about 2.5 days to get the roof up and yes, I still found nails in the grass after it was all over. Maybe they were good at one time but consistency is something they are lacking.

Our experience with this company was a total nightmare from day 1. Every single part of the process has been an ordeal - misleading sales reps, numerous installation delays and mix-ups, poor quality products and workmanship, and most frustrating, and completely screwed up billing process where we heard nothing from this company until YEARS after the work was complete. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We had our roof replaced over a year ago and are still trying to finalize our last payment. My husband requested an itemized bill many times and we never received one. Instead They sent us a copy of the insurance adjuster's statement along with a collection notice for the final payment. Imagine our surprise and shock when we received that over a year later. My husband spent several months emailing and calling an employee who was quite rude and was positive she was right and we were wrong. We finally got it worked out and received an apology from the employee who admitted she thought we were wrong during the whole negotiation and had been rude to us. We were emailed a final payment that we agreed with just before Christmas.
We waited to receive our bill and statement so we could finally put this to rest. When we never received one my husband called and was told the employee we had been dealing with had walked out the door in mid January. We are starting from the beginning with yet another person and an entirely new balance for the fourth time. We are pleased with the roof, but not the runaround regarding the settling of our bill and amount.

Triumph Roofing company is ""professional"" and provide ""excellent"" service. Special thanks to Brad, Alan, Clint, Raylynn and the entire team for a job well done. This is my go-to company.

Salesman Clint was a nice guy and I feel trustworthy, but the job itself was a folly. I had a leak over master bath with the old roof that I was assured would be fixed with the new roof but it's actually worse now. The billing, although resolved in the end, was a little bit weird because my insurance received invoices for repair work that was not completed by Triumph. The crew they sent out was clearly not affiliated with the company, one of the guys fell off my roof and when the paramedics showed up the crew had to ask me who I hired to do the roofing job because none of them knew. Also, they dropped an old satellite dish from my roof onto an AC unit and they completely crushed 2 of my gutters drain pipes flat that I will have to replace. I wouldn't select them in the future if I need another roof replacement.

Contacted Chris Wander regarding several items: Repair gate on wooden fence, repair hail damage on roof, and installation of gutters around the whole house. I'll first go over my experience with Chris Wander, and then go over my experience with all 3 jobs I contacted him for.
My overall experience with Chris Wander was positive, although I deduct a few points because he was very unavailable (sometimes weeks at a time). I understand he had reasons (busy, etc). But when doing business with a company for this many tasks, I like quicker turnaround times. It was frustrating at times not hearing from him. My only recommendation for him would be to stay more in touch with customers, and if he's too busy or absent, to have other sales associates at Triumph step in to help out and contact me. I don't mind working with multiple people if it makes things more productive and efficient.
Fence Gate Repair:
Wood planks were loose and gate felt like it would come apart before too long. Work was done as requested, however there were cracked boards that were not replaced. I brought up the issue to Chris Wander and he assured me they would send a guy back to fix it. This never happened. So for this job, I am somewhat disappointed but they fixed the majority of the issues. Small detail items like this getting missed make me feel like they just want to move on to the next job and get more money, but have no interest in building customer relationships by exceeding expectations.
Roofing Replacement (Hail Damage):
Roof was aged (13 years) and due for complete replacement also due to hail damage. Chris Wander was very helpful planning for this and getting things set up. Repair was completed in a day. An old satellite dish on the roof was removed, but the workers left holes that they did not fix. The city inspector failed the inspection because of this. I notified Chris and they had them come out to fix the problem a week or so later. Overall I am satisfied with the work they did.
Gutter installation on whole house:
Since they were already doing the roofing, I wanted gutters installed around the whole house. Again, I contacted Chris Wander for this. As with the other projects, he was helpful and had a third party contractor come in to do the work. I was not home during the work, but I came home and it was completed. As far as I can tell, they did a stand-up job on the gutters. I can tell they paid attention to detail and did a great job.

Triumph Roofing and Alan Wuebbles are my go to roofing company. Alan is always very responsive when I have questions or a request. The service and professionalism I receive from Triumph is top notch. I highly recommend using Alan and Triumph Roofing for any roofing repairs or replacement you need.

First Class Roofing Company. From Sales to the final inspection, this company is one that I would highly recommend and do endorse.

I have been putting off my review of Triumph because I have been hoping they would take the many opportunities I've given them to fix the issues that they've created with my roof and house repair. Poor communication coupled with incomplete and incorrect repair has created a very poor experience for me. I would not use this company if you want a job done correctly or in a reasonable amount of time. A job they told me would be done in three weeks has taken two months and is still unresolved. I am a single woman and my house is small, so I assume they give preference to larger jobs. I am disappointed as they come highly recommended, and do hope that others have a better experience.
