I have been putting off my review of Triumph because I have been hoping they would take the many opportunities I've given them to fix the issues that they've created with my roof and house repair. Poor communication coupled with incomplete and incorrect repair has created a very poor experience for me. I would not use this company if you want a job done correctly or in a reasonable amount of time. A job they told me would be done in three weeks has taken two months and is still unresolved. I am a single woman and my house is small, so I assume they give preference to larger jobs. I am disappointed as they come highly recommended, and do hope that others have a better experience.

As far as using them for a roofing company, it is fine. The work was timely and well done. But as far as a subcontracting company for insurance claims, I wish I would have used someone else. Very slow at returning calls (if at all) and after getting only part of the work done, I had to terminate our working together to find alternative ways to complete the insurance approved repairs. Working with this company has been very frustrating and I would not recommend them or their services to anyone.

Nice people, but communication was a bit slow. I had to wait about 10 days from the time they came out to give me an estimate. I agreed to have it done and was surprised they did not cover the area even though it was raining the entire week. Also the minimum charge was high.

As a realtor, I often have to get contractors out on short notice to beat contract deadlines. Clint came out and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. His bid was very competitive and his assessment of the roof was very fair without trying to upsell us on a new roof, even though it was an older one. He also gave me a good explanation of the repairs that I could understand. I really appreciate dealing with honest contractors and hope to work with them again in the future.

From the timing of the initial consultation and quote to the date of install, everything was superb. I am highly impressed with the customer service and quality of work performed; however, I am disappointed at how poorly my gutters are wearing after only 4 MONTHS! I was so happy with everything up until this point, but based on how my gutters look now I am worried how long they are going to last. Right now, they look several years old and that is disappointing considering the amount of money invested.

Had an appointment at 2:00 PM, no show. Called office and they had no answers. Plenty of roofing companies out there who do what they say they're going to do. Avoid Triumph Roofing!

Triumph Roofing did an awesome repair on my roof- thanks Clint! The first thing Clint Miller of Triumph did was meet with my adjuster. They both got on the roof and gave me a great adjustment quote which not only included the roof but also siding, screens, and fence. Within a week Clint had his crew on my roof for a total teardown and replacement within 3 days the roof was done. I must mention that my house is about 4,000 ' and 2 story- not the easiest job! Within the next week all repairs noted in the adjustment were completed. Neighbors that used another company were still tarped even though they started their process earlier. Start to finish including adjustment, repair and appraiser follow-up I was done in a month. Triumph provided a quote that did not change, Warranty, Release of Lien and last billing without hesitation. Oh yeah, they offer installments if you don't have all the $ upfront- Didn't I say they were awesome!
