It was really easy to work with Shannon and his team. I was out of the country for work and he made the process simple. They replaced the roof in one day and everything looks great. I received three quotes and Triton's was the most competitive using the same materials and process as the other two companies.

I had a couple of leaks on my roof. Shannon came to do an inspection and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a couple of options and provided detail process of filing a claim with the insurance company. I wanted to get the leaks fixed ASAP. Shannon emailed me the estimate, I signed it and two days later the roofers were doing the repairs. Since then we had a couple of rain storms here in Dallas and the leaks stop 100%. Triton Roofing and Restoration help me with my roof leaks and missing shingles. They did exactly what they said they would do. They replaced the missing shingles and seal all jack boots on my roof. They even painted the jack boot to match my roof. They were very professional and they were very punctual. Shannon helped me with this project.

Had a great experience with Triton Roofing & Restoration.. Have a leaky roof around my exhaust vent, which cause damages to the inside ceiling. Shannon - Triton owner replied back within 30 minutes from my online Yelp request. His crew member Hector was out to my house within 2 hrs. Diagnosed and repaired my roof leak the same day. The best of all it was no charge with my first encounter with Triton roofing for this minor repair. I highly recommend Triton Roofing & Restoration. I had put a request out on Yelp and the guys at Triton responded quickly.
It was Christmas Eve no less. I had a leak develop from failed old shingles due to wind/storm damage. Shannon and crew were able to tarp off the area super quickly on the same day.
Looks like I'll need to file an insurance claim which they were very knowledgeable about and show me why I should file one.

Thank you Triton, I'll keep you guys in my phone book for the future work

Shannon was unbelievable helpful!! As a first time home owner I was nervous about getting my roof replaced and getting it done correctly. Shannon did everything possible to make this stress free. I honestly barely thought about it because i knew he was handling details. He was able to replace my roof only days after first contact.

His team worked quickly but very professionally. I was able to work from home while they worked on my roof. Shannon sent me updates though out the day. He and his crew never bothered me once. It was as if they weren't even there (other than hearing the banging on the roof of course) Now i have a beautiful roof and no longer have to worry about the rain this winter.

I truly TRULY recommend this business and this is coming from someone who normally would not leave a review but people need to know how awesome they are.

I had a couple of burnt bulbs in a fixture that was appx 15' high. Even if I had had a properly tall ladder, I've also got bad legs and really shouldn't be doing such climbing. I got tired of not being able to see properly at night, so I hit yelp for ""handyman"". Shannon W. From Triton responded, and, after a few days of schedule conflicts, he was able to swing by the house this morning. Unfolded a sufficiently tall ladder, climbed up, dealt with the issue and didn't even create an invoice. He and I exchanged a bit of kindness and he went to his next appointment.

And, now my porch isn't dark anymore.
