J D.Unfortunately, I have to update this after having issues well within my warrantee. Previously they had to come out three times to fix the supplemental roof portion.
Recently, I went into my attic to take down some boxes and found large pieces of shingles throughout my attic. I called the company and was told to take pictures and sign some form before they would take care of that. I complied on Feb 9th and yet I still have not been able to get the issue resolved. The ownerm Chris Malone and the Project Mgr Ryan Marlow have ignored my calls. I spoke with someone on the 21st who said he was the Director and he said he would call back and yet he has not.
This is UNSAT!! Chris was willing to talk to me when he was trying to get my business and now he is ghosting me.
