So, these guys were a subcontractor for my solar installation, and I needed roofing work done in order to accommodate the install of the solar system. I was less than thrilled to have my clay tile roof torn off to do the solar install, but it was necessary. The job involved removing the tiles, and installing a composite roof where the solar panels would go, then after the panels were installed, they would come back in reinstall the tiles around the solar panels (so it would look like the panels were just sitting on the clay tiles). Triskell came in and did phase 1 in one day, and left no mess. The job looked fine. I did not know how good they were until they came back for phase 2. They spent the day reinstalling, and cut and trimmed all of the tiles to fit around the brackets and roof penetrations. The job really looked good. Well above my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Triskell did an amazing job coordinating with my home insurance adjuster at First American that he was so complex to communicate, didn't return calls and duplicated efforts. What a pleasure having work done by Triskell. They were exceptionally professional, on time, and did a great job restoring a closet after a leaky roof left significant wanted damage. The woman on the phone (Lisa?) handled every call with courtesy, commitment and without any nonsense--simply coordinated getting the job done well by their staff! Even after a mistake was made in residing a ceiling lamp, the supervisor came back and personally corrected the error. I'd use them again without question.

Found these guys through HomeAdvisor.com, I am a Property Manager and needed quite a few repairs on an old garage for a property that I manage.

Home Advisor recommended Triskell Restorations. They came out on a Thursday, within a couple of days after contact to look at what needed to be done and said they would have an estimate to me early the next week. The middle of the next week, I emailed inquiring as to when it would be ready. The following day, I got a response saying it would be to me by the end of the next day - Thursday. On Friday I followed again and was told it would be Monday. I followed on Tuesday and was told that the estimator Andy Fairbanks needed to get some input from the owner of the Company, Rick Lubeski in order to complete the estimate. On Wednesday, I called the owner, he said he would like to come out and look at the property again. I advised it was tenant occupied and it would be difficult to make another appointment as I had already had two other contractors out. He said he would review Andy's notes and they would have an estimate to me by the end of the next day.

It is now Tuesday of the following week, almost 3 weeks after the original estimator came out and I still have not received the estimate or even a courtesy call from the estimator or owner as to why they haven't sent anything out.

I don't know about you, but I don't have the time to meet a contractor at a property and have to follow up several times to try and get an estimate and they can't even be bothered to write anything up.

I received two other estimates from other contractors with no problem and the job is going to be between $7000 and $8000, so it's not that small of a job.

Don't waste your time with this Company.....

I used them for a slab leak and it was a relief that they handled all the various work that had to be done - detecting leak, repairing mold, rerouting plumbing, painting and more. Additionally dealt with the insurance company. Otherwise others that quoted me only did piece work and would not submit to the insurance company.

Later they replaced our pool pump, installed a video security system and beautifully landscaped our back slope that had become an eyesore. The results were well beyond our expectations. I live in Seattle but have a rental in Carlsbad, CA. The tenant was having issues with the water heater so I called Triskell who was recommended by a friend back in Cali. The office staff was very helpful in trying to coordinate a time with the tenant to come out to the house as soon as possible. The Triskell employee showed up exactly when expected and was able to fix the water heater and repair the leak. My tenant said the employee was prompt, very professional and made sure to clean up his work area when he was done. I was so impressed I called them back to give me an estimate on a drainage issue in the backyard. The estimate was very reasonable and they even came up with an option to fix the drainage that I hadn't thought of. Triskell is now my go-to whenever I have an issue at the rental. Peace of mind from hundreds of miles away.

I've used Triskell Restorations twice, both times for water damage in my house. The first time, AAA sent them. The second time I requested them. Their level of competence and professionalism was astounding.

From the woman on the phone who took my initial information, to every single worker who came through my house, every one of them was knowledgeable, well trained, and friendly.

We had a pretty major flood, so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Triskell handled the entire process, from dry-out, to move-out, to repairs, painting, and move-in. Every step of the way was carefully orchestrate, and coordinated with the insurance company. When they were done, my home was better than it had been before the flood, and it was spotless.

This company clearly puts an emphasis on customer service & satisfaction. I hope that I never have to use them again for a flood, but I wouldn't hesitate if needed.

We had a leak in bathroom behind the drywall and had several estimates done. Triskell was less expensive and did an excellent job. They were done sooner than we expected and we could not tell where the drywall had been patched. I expected to have a huge mess in the bathroom when they were done and it was clean and tidy. Not a lot of dust everywhere as I have had in the past. Everyone who came into our home was extremely polite and professional. The plumber was awesome and completed the job sooner than expected also. Overall it was an outstanding experience.
