Ray did the best job! He was on time and knowledgeable and friendly. He helped even with things that weren't his job. He followed up and made sure I had everything I needed for the estimate and after the job was done. He was amazing !! Hope I don't have water damage ever again but if I do I'd call them !

I don't normally post reviews, but this time I was compelled to. Ray Lopez and Omar were so helpful, professional and punctual!! I had some damage to my home and had to deal with several different companies. The others were not a very pleasant experience, as usual. But Ray and Omar G. from Triskell went above and beyond to explain things and make the process as smooth as possible. It is a stressful time for homeowners when things go wrong and it can be very overwhelming. Thank you guys for all of your help and professionalism. Also, thank you Denise in the office for all of your help also.

I called Triskell to get a quote on some work. Denise was very professional and responsive and scheduled me immediately with Sean. Sean put together a very detailed quote and gave me excellent advice for how to deal with some very unique problems on a craftsmen I was planning to rehab. Words don't begin to explain how much respect I have for his honestly and integrity. I will always appreciate him being so straightforward with me because it saved me a huge amount of money and headache. I will be recommending Sean to all of my friends and family and if I ever need a general contractor in the future, he will be my first and only call. If you want to talk to a knowledgeable straight shooter, Sean is your guy and Triskell is the company you want to work with.

I have to echo the honesty and integrity comments here. We had water seeping from an exterior wall and thought we had a leaky pipe that would require cutting into the stucco. Mike from Triskell came out on less than 24 hours notice, had a look, and said nope, the leak was coming from the faucet bib and flowing backward into the wall. Easy and inexpensive fix. Mike and Rick were also professional, responsive and very pleasant. I'd definitely use them again.

Talk about honest. This company went above and beyond for me. They were getting rid of some excess items from their warehouse so I purchased a few things at their sale over the weekend. Long story short I could not pick up a desk I was interested in on the weekend. I left my business card and said give me a call next week if it's still available and I can arrange to pick it up. Well, it is Tuesday and the owner called me and said it was available for free if you can come get it. I said great I will be there soon. Well, no more than three minutes went by and she called back and said there was an accident and the top half of the desk was dropped and sent me pictures to see if I was still interested. She didn't want me to waste my time coming buy if I wasn't interested. Unfortunately, I don't have time to fix it and didn't get the desk.
But the moral of the story is that they called me back the following week like they said they would. And it was unfortunate that I did not get the desk but they went the extra mile even on a customer that had only spent about 75$ with them. If they treat me with that much attention and care and I have only spent 75$. I believe they will treat you with the same respect and care for any size project you have. Great company and also I didn't mention they guys that helped us on the weekend were also respectful and helpful as well.

Asked them to come out to estimate water damage repair from slow leaking dishwasher. Inspector didn't even know to life up the taped down cardboard hiding the mold and instead said, ""I don't see any mold. Shouldn't be too hard.""

This after 911 Restoration and Servpro already gave me bids.

Told guy I needed a quote ASAP as we are starting in 24 hours. Never got a quote.

Must have been too small of a job, or too small of an estimator. Didn't see mold until I lifted up the cardboard. I guess maybe he was too embarrassed.

Triskell - this was a Mira Mesa estimate last week, 12/8/2016, in case you want to PIP this guy - he really seemed totally unmotivated, and really put me off. SimpleFloors recommended you - I recommended they stop after this.

I sent them a quote request through Yelp for fixing a ceiling with water damage and received a response within minutes on a Sunday evening! Michelle was very pleasant via message and informed me that her husband, Rick, would call the next day to set up an appointment. As promised, Rick called me the next day and he came to our house a few days later.

He was very knowledgeable and spent time to explain how mold forms and his suggestions to fix our damaged ceiling. Unlike other companies who just wanted to charge us an arm and leg to get unnecessary repairs, Rick stated that the damage was minimal and most likely it would just require a stain guard and re-touch of paint. He could have exaggerated our damages to get us to use his company for repairs but instead he said our damage did not require his services.

It's so refreshing to know there are still good and honest people out in the business world!
