We had leaking pipes like most of the people in our neighborhood and when we asked around we heard good things about Triskell Restorations. They took care of the damage quickly and professionally. Later they replaced our pool pump, installed a video security system and beautifully landscaped our back slope that had become an eyesore. The results were well beyond our expectations. Triskell Restorations is a full service company that does it all and does it well! We have experienced their professionalism and expertise on many projects and couldn't be more pleased with the process and the final result!

I live in Seattle but have a rental in Carlsbad, CA. The tenant was having issues with the water heater so I called Triskell who was recommended by a friend back in Cali. The office staff was very helpful in trying to coordinate a time with the tenant to come out to the house as soon as possible. The Triskell employee showed up exactly when expected and was able to fix the water heater and repair the leak. My tenant said the employee was prompt, very professional and made sure to clean up his work area when he was done. I was so impressed I called them back to give me an estimate on a drainage issue in the backyard. The estimate was very reasonable and they even came up with an option to fix the drainage that I hadn't thought of. Triskell is now my go-to whenever I have an issue at the rental. Peace of mind from hundreds of miles away.

I've used Triskell Restorations twice, both times for water damage in my house. The first time, AAA sent them. The second time I requested them. Their level of competence and professionalism was astounding.

From the woman on the phone who took my initial information, to every single worker who came through my house, every one of them was knowledgeable, well trained, and friendly.

We had a pretty major flood, so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Triskell handled the entire process, from dry-out, to move-out, to repairs, painting, and move-in. Every step of the way was carefully orchestrate, and coordinated with the insurance company. When they were done, my home was better than it had been before the flood, and it was spotless.

This company clearly puts an emphasis on customer service & satisfaction. I hope that I never have to use them again for a flood, but I wouldn't hesitate if needed.

We had a leak in bathroom behind the drywall and had several estimates done. Triskell was less expensive and did an excellent job. They were done sooner than we expected and we could not tell where the drywall had been patched. I expected to have a huge mess in the bathroom when they were done and it was clean and tidy. Not a lot of dust everywhere as I have had in the past. Everyone who came into our home was extremely polite and professional. The plumber was awesome and completed the job sooner than expected also. Overall it was an outstanding experience.

Omg these guys are like rollercoasters, up and down, up and down... OK so my sliding glass door broke, shattered into a million pieces because my gardener hit a rock in the backyard, woe is me. Called AAA they sent out Triskell Restorations again to clean it up, let me tell you these 2 guys were the same 2 guys they sent over to board up my front door about a month ago and they are awesome, wonderful guys, could not be happier. My beef was with the office people that can't get their heads out of their asses, so again nothing against the 2 field guys they sent out, they were perfect.

After a water line leak in my ceiling and damage to two bathrooms, master bath and my kitchen Triskell was sent in by my insurance company for dry out and restoration. From the moment they arrived on my property I received the best service.

Ray Lopez was in charge my Emergency Service. I was impressed from the time he arrived at my house until the day his part of the work was finished. He was on time, very neat and worked very hard to make sure we were still able to stay in our house during the construction. I was very impressed with the service Ray provided us.

After we seen how well the dry out went we decided to use Triskell for the entire restoration process. Every member of their crew were great from and the project managers keep us up to date with every step. Their crew is amazing, they matched paint that had been on my walls for years, found carpet that was close to the pattern I had down that was damage and left my house looking like there was never any damage. I was very IMPRESSED with everyone involved in the restoration of my house.

At 5:30 AM on a Tuesday morning in early December 2013, I discovered a major plumbing leak happened over night. The first story ceiling was raining in my living room. I had never had to deal with anything remotely like this before. I immediately called my insurance carrier, who connected me with Triskell.

Triskell arrived within 40 minutes. They were at my home, working, before 7:00 AM rolled around. By the end of the day, the bad areas of the house were demoed, and they had a complete drying a dehumidifying system in place. They cleaned up what could be cleaned, and disposed of items damaged beyond repair. They monitored the drying process every day and were able to start reconstruction by the end of the week.

The affected areas of the house were not only fixed, but looked better than new by the time they were done. They did this quickly. Despite the holiday season, they were working every day. Communication was fantastic, timely, and friendly.

Literally every encounter I had with their staff was positive. From the painters, carpenters, drywallers, estimators, to the office staff.

I have never dealt with a company this professional and skilled before. I was astonished at every step.

I would not hesitate to use them again. These people turned a nightmare into a better-than-ever house in just a couple weeks. I consider myself lucky to have worked with them.

We discovered a leak under the slab of our house. We filed a claim with AAA which they handled very well. AAA contracted with Triskell Restoration to solve the leak problem and repair and restore our house.

Triskell's service was excellent. Every member of their team was professional, qualified and very friendly. All of Triskell's employees did their utmost to make our situation as problem free as possible.

The work performed exceeded our highest expectations, and our house was restored back to ""like new"" condition.

The problem was no fun, however, Triskell's people did everything possible to minimize the issue and get us back into our home as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

Rick and his team, including, Victor, Fernando, Armando, Jacque, Jason and all the other Triskell employees we dealt with gave us excellent customer service and performed the repair work flawlessly.

Congratulations to Triskell's ownership for assembling a an excellent team, especially in this day where great customer service is rarely seen.

We would not hesitate to use Triskell again, or to recommend them to anyone needing their type of service.

We had a water leak under the foundation at our Riverside house and called the Auto Club to report a claim. Triskell Restorations was the company referred by the insurance company and they were out the same day and resolved the leak and made all the repairs. The staff was professional and always responded by my phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner. The completed work was as if we never had an issue.

Having a water leak is never a good thing but the quality of work performed and the courtesy delivered was by far better than expected.
