After getting multiple bids from other roofing companies, Triple R took care of me. I needed to replace quite a bit of broken cement tiles and come to find out there were other things that needed replacing due to old age like my vents/flashings/valley. They gave me a great quote and they did quality work. Communication was great and appointment timelines were met as he said it would. I highly recommend Triple R. Thank you!

A bit late but here we go!!

Rogelio was the 1st person to respond back within the day after texting him. Which I thought was GREAT considering we had called over 8 other numbers after that first storm we had. Most wanted to replace our entire roof and others said they were too busy and it'll be weeks B4 they could get here. Triple R was here within a couple days after the storm to check out our small leak above our front room from 2nd story. He was up and down within a few minutes. Didn't try to sell us a whole new roof and basically would only charged us for what we needed. I got the quote he emailed that evening, I believe. We asked if it was going be ok if it rains again, since another quick storm was coming B4 he would be back. He explained that our roof will be fine and went into a good detail why. 1 week later he was back with his crew to clean some spots that caused it to leak, replaced a couple broken tiles and do a patch. I referred him to 2 other people looking for help as well. 1 was happy with the quote and quickly booked him, the other......I forgot to ask again. Lol. We will definitely be using them again

The heavy rainfall from 2 weeks ago had our roof leaking really bad. The next day I reached out to 7 different companies to come out to provide an estimate: two called back but were too busy to come out, 4 never called back, and only Rogelio from Triple R Roofing was the only one to promptly return my call and texted me back saying they could come out the next day to do a free inspection and provide an estimate. They came on time at the time they said they were coming and was able to find the issue right away which was a large section of dry rot. Rogelio was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of information. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell and I was quoted with what I thought was an EXTREMELY fair price to replace the dry rot and do the main valley cleaning. I was now looking to get the work done right away. They were already booked all week long and wouldn't be available until a little over a week later. I asked them if there was anything they could do for me to temporarily stop the roof from leaking as it will be raining again in the next few days. They happily provided a temporary fix (free of charge) which stopped the leak until they provided the permanent repair. Fast forward to the day of the repair where they once again showed up promptly with their team. They quickly did the repair and texted me with plenty of before and after pictures of their work. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my experience with Rogelio and the Triple R Roofing team. I will be getting in contact with them for possible future roof maintenance and repairs if necessary. Overall, this company is a solid A+ company and I would recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a trustworthy and affordable roofing company.

Rogelio and his crew did a great job replacing a shed roof in the backyard. It had been leaking since I got the house and Rogelio gave me a decent quote. I may try to try camouflage a few of the nails that are sticking out from inside underneath but overall I'm satisfied. He suggested better material to replace the old shingles and braced underneath with extra wood so there wouldn't be any slopes where rain would sit like before. This is the second job his crew has done for me.

Triple R provided excellent service. They were first to respond to my request on yelp. They scheduled an inspection and estimate faster than any other company. They were punctual and provided an fair quote within a hour of the inspection of my leaking roof. They made the repairs within a week and they're work was top notch. They even completed repairs on other areas of my roof that were damaged and would have likely leaked in the future. They sent me pictures from the inspection and repair work. They were also polite and practiced social distancing. Overall, they did great and I would highly recommend them to someone looking for roofing service.
