I called 3 roofing companies to get estimates on some roof repairs needed after having some old gutter guards removed. The first company to come out...the guy said I should get a new roof - his estimate $18,800. The 2nd company never showed up. Rogelio, with Triple R Roofing, came, and inspected it, taking pictures, and answering my questions. He said the roof looked really good, but the shingles where the gutter guards were, needed tar adhesive as they were pushed up by the gutter guards. He sent me an estimate that included a list of other maintenance needed to extend the life of the roof - his estimate $940. Rogelio, and his crew came out yesterday. They were great! They did an excellent job with the shingles, cleaning the gutters and downspouts, painting roof vent flashings and valley metals to stop/avoid rust, and power blowing off the roof, and surrounding property. Thank you Rogelio for your honesty in evaluating my roof, and the great crew you have working for you!!

Triple R Roofing did my roof and added a solar tube. They did such a great job that I hired them again when I wanted a solar tube in my kitchen. They were absolutely fantastic. They covered everything in my kitchen with paper to keep it clean. They did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up before leaving. They are very professional and trustworthy. I can't say enough nice things about them. My kitchen is gorgeous!

Rogelio was professional, responsive and offered detailed estimates of work (for free!). His crew came out the next day (before a big storm) and promptly repaired the roof. Rogelio shared photos of every step of the process. It looked like they did a terrific job. The team exposed some damaged wood and texted me to suggest it should be replaced. I worried that might delay the project but they did it right here on the spot (at an extremely reasonable price). I was very ignorant about how my cement tile roof was constructed but the pictures from the repair made it abundantly clear that I should have all the valleys cleaned and install upgraded flashing to prevent future leaks. Rogelio prepared a new quote the next day with pictures and descriptions of exactly what he recommended. I signed on immediately. I am not very familiar with costs of roof repair (I have to say that I chose Triple R Roofing first because his estimate was free), but having the opportunity to see every step of the repair process, convinced me that the cost was quite reasonable. I look forward to have Rogelio's team come out again and feel confident they will do a good job.

I got five estimates for a new roof at my dad's 2000 sq. ft. house. Four were from Yelp and one was a different source. The Triple R was not the cheapest but they had better reviews and used top notch materials. I was responsible to purchase the materials from the invoice he built at his distributor's location. (Beacon Building Products) They verified delivery date and location. I like that process so I know I'm not getting a premium tacked on to material costs. The project started Sept. 5th and concluded Sept. 12th. The final inspection was signed off on Sept. 13th. The owner, Rogelio, was easy to reach, responsive to considerations, returned communication promptly and always kept me informed during the process. My project had a lot going on including skylights, chimney, soffit coverings, many vent pipes, gutter guards and he even replaced an old attic fan (though it was still working) at material cost only. I asked for an additional roof vent over the garage and he did it at no extra charge. I told him I wanted time to paint the vent pipes and valley metals to match the roof and he did it for me at no extra charge. He even let me return unused bundles of shingles because of over purchase. That gave me a cool $660 back. Triple R was easy to work with and left me feeling good about my decision. I will need a roof for my rental property in the next few years. I won't have to go through 5 estimates for that job!
