Scheduled with them to come out yesterday to look at the leaking roof. Waited 8 hours for someone to show up, no one ever came, didn't bother to call to say they couldn't make it and reschedule. Not the way to run a business. If you can't trust them to keep this first appointment, don't really trust them to do the job right.
