Charles and his crew installed a new roof in 2016. Everything has been great. Even though we flooded in 2017 with Harvey, our roof held up! Small leak happened a few days ago and Charles came out yesterday to take a look. Knew what the problem was...(easy fix, thank goodness) and came out today to fix. I would recommend for your commercial or residential needs! This is someone you actually feel good about trusting!

Had a small hole in the soffit where squirrels were gaining access. Unfortunately it was out of reach of my 20' ladder. He charged $350 for 45 min job to cover hole.

A hail storm hit a few weeks ago and the cap to my waterheater on the roof came off. I called them to see if they could put the cap back on and also have a look at my roofs condition. Charles was very courteous, friendly and on time. Would highly recommend!

Am so very pleased that I was patient with getting my roof replacement after the hail damage in May that affected so many in the area. Charles does a great job. He actually came to fix something another roofer did incorrectly. He also is very honest and stands behind his work - needed him to come check something else out and he did so free of charge, even though it was really unrelated to what he did the first time out. I highly recommend using him.
