I made an appointment weeks ahead, but the guy never showed up for a roof job. He didn't communicate that he wasn't going to make it. I messaged him on the day he was scheduled to start work, and he informed me that he couldn't make it because his brother was in a car accident. I then asked him when he could do the work, but I got no response. Went radio silent. Very suspicious and not cool.

I've worked with Triple A Construction on 2 different projects now.

-Pros:
Hector and his team are super friendly, super likeable. They're fast and their prices have been competitive with other bids I've received.

-Cons:
Quality might not be the best?

Irrigation Project:
Instead of installing 3/4"" PVC pipe with bubblers and a pressure regulator they used a hose with sprinklers that immediately blew out (not the screw-on heads, but the entire sprinkler). Half the irrigation wasn't working same day they completed the project. I did get them to come back for that, but they didn't fix the missing sprinklers. Even if they did, the set-up is so faulty my gardener says this will just continue to happen again.

So, seems that I'll have to pay someone else to come out and completely re-install functional irrigation `¯\_(?)_/¯
