After a recent storm, we found a large water stain on the ceiling of one room, plus what looked like the start of mold. We had 3 companies come take a look, and Trio's estimate was 50% higher than the two other bids we received. In addition, one of the two Trio guys started talking really fast and in an urgent tone, pushing us to decide right then and there and offering us discounts and such (which would still have left the total significantly higher), even though we were both trying to convey that we were uncomfortable with his approach. The senior fellow looked uncomfortable (our impression) when the junior fellow (they told us how long each of them had been with the company) interrupted, took over and started to get pushy.

The junior fellow then called us by phone two days later, and again his approach felt pushy. He sounded anxious and surprised when we said we were not ready to make a decision, even though we had told them, the day they came out, what day we'd get back to them. A structured feedback mechanism within the company might make it easier for the senior fellow to help the junior fellow improve his people skills.

Even if their bid had been competitive, we were both turned off by the one guy's approach. We went with a different company.

Thanks for Jonathan to schedule the work for my house at the earliest time last year. It was in October and I worried coming rain season, so I called many roof repairs and most of them replied they can't work for three stories house. Even some of them promised to come but the work could be scheduled very late, like mid of November. Second, the team is good. They know how to fix things and the communication between us was easy and comfortable.

My roof doesn't give me any more troubles since then. Btw, my roof is tile. The cost is reasonable too.

Jonathan came to give me a free roof inspection. He flew up the drone and took pictures then confirmed what is needed to be fixed. The job is too small for his company so he recommended to hire a handyman instead. Thanks Jonathan for your time!
