Roei came out for an inspection with the drone which was cool and was able to capture good images of my roof since my house is a 2-story with high ceiling . The repair was done and maintenance of the whole roof was needed too. The job was done extremely fast in 2 just days for a big 2-story house with 5-7 men working immediately , the same day after he came out as another windstorm and rain were expected in the next 2 days. They were super efficient. They delivered exceeded what was promised which was a life savor to customers and we really love and much appreciated! Roei is the man I have not met for the longest time who really went out of his way to get things that needed to be done and delivered workmanship with a class and responsibility!

I will give this project team 10 stars if I can, special appreciation to this PM Joe. He is so professional, detail orientated, managed this project from end-to-end with strong ownership and maintained high standard on every corner of the project.

My 25 years old Tile roof leaked during last week storm, water leaked through the venting pipe into my house. We have 2 stories home which require me to hire Pros to fix. I put my help request on Yelp.

Joe is the 1st person response to my request and showed up on time for estimate. He launched Drone to check my roof, provided valuable suggestion on with the best value package to help me out. His quote is NOT the lowest bid, however, I still hire his team for this project.

His team showed up 10 min earlier to the appointment. Joe start to operate his drone to show the crew area need to be fixed and maintained. The crew members are highly trained professionals, get job done within 4 hours. Joe fly his drone during the task to ensure the job quality, and inform this crew if missed any places. The crew gathered and look through the drone camera again to check every spot of the roof to ensure nothing missed, then invited my to check their work to sign off their project.

I was so happen with this team's performance. I strongly recommend this team to anyone who may also need roof work. this team maintained very high standard through-out the entire project, they are trustable on any roof work.

When we started leaking in our living room on a Saturday night, I was delighted to find that Trio was open on Sunday. They came out to emergency tarp the roof, in the middle of the worst rain & wind storm of the season, and kept the damage from getting any worse. A few days later, they were back to seamlessly repair the roof, just ahead of another atmospheric river. Definitely one of the most responsive contractors I've ever encountered, and that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful puts Trio over the top.

These guys are great. I think Joe (the project manager) cares about our roof at least as much as I do. We've recently had two leaks (likely due to a poor solar installation job many years ago. On the first job (a leak around our skylight) Joe tried as best he could to get us to eliminate all the costly options first (for example he had us clean all the leaves under the solar panels). Only when it was clear the leak would not go away did he schedule his crew. They did quality work and the problem was fixed.

For our second leak Trio managed to squeeze in the work during a 1-day break in the rain. We were super-happy about this because the next day a huge storm rolled in and we were nice and dry.

At all times Joe (and Trio) have been responsive, and clear about the work that needed to be done, but never pushy.

Most important: both leaks seem to have been fixed, on time, and with quality work. That is the bottom line.

Trio Roofers are true professionals. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with Simon from the very first meeting, especially after having had a meeting with a representative from another company just prior to that. Simon was very polite and personable. He was never pushy, and never used any scare tactics to get me to sign a contract. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get my leaky roof issues solved, while also ensuring that I avoid worse leak issues in the future. He was present throughout the 2-day project, taking many photos of how the work was done and what materials were used. I found this to be very impressive. Simon delivered on every promise made, and made me feel confident that I had hired the best company for the job. The work crew was also very polite and professional, and my home exterior was left clean and undamaged. The price for the work done was also more reasonable than other contractors. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement

Simon and the crew from Trio did a fabulous job on our roof! Such an easy, stress-free experience. From beginning to end it was honest and easy communication, the price was in our budget, and they helped us to choose the best roof for this house. The work was done within in Three days, and the city inspector itself complemented the work.
They left the property clean and organized, even during the work.

The roof of our home in Scotts Valley leaked so bad during the storms in early 2023 and since it was a really old roof, we decided to have it replaced. We checked Yelp reviews and started to call around to get estimates but the project kept getting delayed due to the ongoing rains and storms. The rain finally died down and Trio was able to give us the earliest appointment to come out for an estimate. They were also more responsive than other places that we called. Yoni (Jonathan) came out the next day after we called to take a look at our roof, explained what was needed to be done, recommended what kind of roofing material we should get, and answered all of our questions. I am not sure what is a good price for a roof replacement because the quotes we got from previous estimates were all over the place. The price he quotes us is at the higher end but we didn't do much bargaining. Because of that, he offered to include the gutter installation with no additional charge. The work comes with a Full 10 Year Workmanship Warranty. We decided to go with him because of their quick response and he said he can do the job within a week or two. Most other places we called gave us 2 to 4 weeks appointment to come out for an estimate and another month or two to come out to do the work even after the storm season. He submitted permit for us with the City of Scotts Valley within a few days and sent his guys out to do the work a week later. They complete the job within a day. It rained a couple of days afterward and I did not see any leakage. I climbed up on the roof to check and everything looks fine. There was standing water on one end of one of the gutters because the gutter was at an angle opposite to the flow of the water. I think this is due to our slanted foundation, not bad workmanship. I called Yoni and he sent his guy the next day. His guy installed another downspout on the other end of the gutter. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. They cleaned up everything after they were done. I still think the price is high but that is just an assumption and we are ok with paying extra for the responsiveness and the quick turn around.

We had a very good experience with Trio Roofers. Our project manager was Roi and he was great - he spent ample time with us to answer all questions, and was present during the work and after, and is just a pleasure to work with. We did a full replacement our wood shake roof which reached end of its life. Trio Roofers put in a new sub-roof on the whole roof, underlayment, asphalt shakes and O'Hagin vents (but not gutters). They can work both with GAF and CertainTeed - we went with the GAF Timberline ""Cool Roof"" series which looks pretty and should be energy saver. They handled the permit and inspections completely (in Sunnyvale), we just reimbursed the permit cost (~350$). The work took 4 days (this is long because of the subroof and eaves replacement) and they cleaned everything nicely. Scheduling worked out greatly - they are busy and the lead time was about 2 months, but they had a delay on another project and were able to squeeze us sooner, so we ended up only waiting 2 weeks. Overall, highly recommended!
