Roofing is not a cheap service, so it's important to work with a team you can trust. I'm sharing a rather long explanation to highlight why I chose TRIO Roofers and why I trust them.

I was looking for roofers and posted my project on yelp. I chose 3 companies that had great reviews and looked most professional online and in communication. Out of these three, one listened to my description of the problem and made a proposal for a partial roof replacement, because I mentioned that this might be what is needed, then tried to upsell me even more. When I asked to get on a call and talk about their estimate, they never responded.

Another came by and spent ~15 minutes looking around and then gave me a price that was 2x higher than the quote I got from TRIO Roofers.

TRIO Roofers have a different approach. Simon, their manager, came by and stayed for an hour explaining things about the roof, about their approach, showed certificates, licenses and insurance they have. Explained why it is important to have these. Then explained what kind of work is needed on my roof and why only that is needed. Told me that I definitely don't need any replacement and what I need is called ""maintenance"" and should be done once in 7-10 years (I didn't know).

Also I needed to replace gutters and Simon quoted this work too. Again, no pushy upselling, just explaining what options are available and how to choose what I need.

Then everything was super simple. I paid the 10% downpayment, Simon scheduled 2 days when they would come. On the first day they installed the gutters and painted them to the matching color. On the second day, they finished the roof maintenance. Everything was done very accurately, clean, on time, with matching colors.

I feel like I was dealing with high end professionals who know their business well, love their work and do it perfectly. Highly recommend TRIO Roofers.

I am very glad to have chosen Simon's team for my reroofing job. They are punctual and professional at their job, and makes extra effort to keep the job site clean at the end of everyday. Simon patiently answers any question I have, clearly explains all the details beforehand, and always have tons of photos taken during the job to show it's done right, so zero surprise for me in the whole process.

Trio Roofers did a great job fixing a leak in our roof and doing the maintenance on our concrete tile roof and gutters. Simon came out within a day to inspect our roof and sent an estimate and proposal within two days of that. We took quotes from five companies. Trio's estimate was comparable to the others. Simon's explanation of the scope of the work that would be done and covered was comprehensive.

Within two days of deciding to go with Trio, Simon and his foreman came out to determine exactly what materials they would need and then completed all of the work the next day. They left our home and yard cleaner than before they started. The next day Simon came out and showed photos from all the work done and explained what they found when they pulled up the tiles and what they did specifically to fix the leak.

We were very happy with Trio Roofers.

Simon and his team were a pleasure to work with. I have a concrete tile roof that is original to the home. We hadn't properly done maintenance over the years which lead to leaks. Simon came on site and did a walkthrough going in detail what services were needed. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct services rather than trying to upsell me compared to other roofers. The preventative service maintenance will continue to keep my roof going for many years to come. The team also fixed my dry rot chimney, fantastic work.

I had my 40+ years old tile roof completely replaced by Trio Roofers couple months ago. I am extremely satisfied with Trio's workmanship and professionalism. Especially the project manager Roi Loker. He provide me a detail quote for the job including all the pictures of the old roof, and the finished roof. Roei came out for an inspection with the drone which was cool and was able to capture good images of my roof since my house is a 2-story with high ceiling . The repair was done and maintenance of the whole roof was needed too. The job was done extremely fast in 2 just days for a big 2-story house with 5-7 men working immediately , the same day after he came out as another windstorm and rain were expected in the next 2 days. They were super efficient. They delivered exceeded what was promised which was a life savor to customers and we really love and much appreciated! Roei is the man I have not met for the longest time who really went out of his way to get things that needed to be done and delivered workmanship with a class and responsibility!

I will give this project team 10 stars if I can, special appreciation to this PM Joe. He is so professional, detail orientated, managed this project from end-to-end with strong ownership and maintained high standard on every corner of the project.

My 25 years old Tile roof leaked during last week storm, water leaked through the venting pipe into my house. We have 2 stories home which require me to hire Pros to fix. I put my help request on Yelp.

Joe is the 1st person response to my request and showed up on time for estimate. He launched Drone to check my roof, provided valuable suggestion on with the best value package to help me out. His quote is NOT the lowest bid, however, I still hire his team for this project.

His team showed up 10 min earlier to the appointment. Joe start to operate his drone to show the crew area need to be fixed and maintained. The crew members are highly trained professionals, get job done within 4 hours. Joe fly his drone during the task to ensure the job quality, and inform this crew if missed any places. The crew gathered and look through the drone camera again to check every spot of the roof to ensure nothing missed, then invited my to check their work to sign off their project.

I was so happen with this team's performance. I strongly recommend this team to anyone who may also need roof work. this team maintained very high standard through-out the entire project, they are trustable on any roof work.
