Recommended Customer Reviews

They handled everything from assisting with my insurance claim and adjuster to doing and excellent job re-roofing my home after Hurricane Irma. Billy was professional, courteous, prompt, and honest. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this company a positive review but that's impossible! after Hurricane Irma I put them on the bidders list gave them a call the guy comes out inspects my roof stated it needed to be completely replaced. I already figured that! we just had a Hurricane!. duh. but here's the catch this company wanted me to sign an document called assignment of benefits over to them! DO NOT DO THIS! Then you forfeit your right to file a claim. then this company will deal with the insurance company who will not honor your claim. so BEWARE! I informed the rep that I'm not signing anything. he got frustrated and left needless to say they never provided a quote for the job. Not good business but I did get a Business card looks like a scratch-off lottery ticket. no license # or insurance number on the card. Do yourself a favor and find another roofer.

It takes calling their office several times before anyone even gets back to you. If you need a roof repair as opposed to a new roof, you're put on the back burner. And when someone is finally scheduled to come they miss the appointment (more than 2 times in our case). And when their guy came to repair the ceiling where the leak occurred his work was not up to par. They put a new roof on our house before we moved in, but in less than 2 years it has leaked in the same spot and ruined the drywall/ceiling twice now. We call and see what can be done and they tell us we're S.O.L. and chock it up poor roof design.

I wish it was possible to give this company 0 stars.
We had a new roof installed in November 2015. Within a few months the roof was leaking. We called Trinity to try to get someone to come out and fix the roof. It took them weeks to even attempt to get out to our house. There were excuses such as ""I don't have a ladder on my truck"". They also said they would send a guy and then no one ever showed up (after my husband had to take a day off of work.) It finally got ""sealed"" (according to them). Finally someone came to fix the drywall from the leak as well. It wasn't a good job, but it was done so we were grateful this was past us.
Now it's July 2017 (our roof is still less than 2 years old) and it is leaking again. It is leaking so much that water came out of the drywall. We have been trying to call them for 3 days and still no one will come out to check on the roof. When I spoke to the John Lepak he said that the roof warranty is over a year old and they will not be coming out the fix it. He told me that if we would like to get the roof fixed it will cost $1,500 (this is still without them coming and looking at the damage). I explained to him that this is over my 7 month old son's playroom and I'm worried about his health and safety. John replied, ""If you want to be mad at anyone be mad at the builder who did this shitty job."" I asked him when he would be sending someone out to look at it (By the way, the website says free estimates) and he said when you pay."" He then continued to tell me that, ""I don't build pools I build roofs,"" and then hung up on me. After this he e-mailed my husband immediately and told him ""I am formally withdrawing my proposal as I do not think we want this job.""
Update: We had a reputable roofer come out to repair our roof CORRECTLY and he informed us that Trinity did not replace the part of the roof that continues to leak.
