This company is awful! Hired them through Angi thinking that because of all the good reviews they would do a good job. Was I ever wrong! They do shabby work, at least at my job. I hired them to repair and/or replace Hardie board siding job that was done wrong previously, replace all the trim and paint my house. I made the mistake of paying them before I really went over the work...bad mistake. Apparently, their warranty is good until the ink on the check dries. Her painters got overspray on several places mostly on cedar porches and got paint on decks, and then says that the overspray and paint was there even though the house had not been painted. They did not install siding that was missing, missed several areas of trim. They contracted to do other work that she backed out of the last day. They now say they will not do anything about any of the problems. I can go on and on. Maybe they are good at roofing (I don't know) but painting and siding they stink at! The owner seems nice, but heaven help you if you upset her by not praising her work, she is NOT a nice person and an awful person do work with if you have a problem.

Matt came personally to help with a leak in the roof where the e fireplace was. I contacted him on Sunday and he came Sunday afternoon. He was so professional and knowledgeable he identified the issue right away and fixed it. And his rates were great! This is my roofing company now!

They worked with my insurance agent and fixed my roof much quicker than other companies. The price came in at estimates with no ""extra"" charges at the end. They cleaned up the roofing job and the interior painting job. Highly recommend them!

First, and I can't stress this enough, they are honest. I've dealt with so many contractors through the years that I am naturally highly skeptical of them being able to deliver on their promises. With Adrienne, her ""yes is yes"" and ""no is no"". A contractor is only as good as their word, and Adrienne's is gold. Trinity was recommended to me by my brother. I was going with another company at first. Josh called me and spoke to me about the process of getting the insurance company to pay for the roof. He talked very badly about the company I was going to use, therefore, I advised Josh the other company was giving me a $500 marketing discount and he agreed to do the same. I decided to use Trinity. Do not use this company. I had terrible experience. They lie and are thieves. I had water damage to the garage ceiling. Trinity called out Air Flow for a swab test for mold. I never got an answer on that test. Josh left me with a new guy Joe to work with. Joe told me they would not tell me the results of the mold test until Trinity was finished with their claim Then Air Flow would come in and do the ceiling. Roof was finished. I handed over the insurance check to Joe, it also included the payment for the ceiling to be done. I never heard from them. I called Air Flow, they had nothing at all in their system about me. Also, advised they don't do swab test for mold. I called Trinity's office and spoke with Kayla (I believe was her name) I got the run around. I called every day for a week. Was told someone from Air Flow was to call me right after we hung up. Never happened. I called again, I got irate and she told me she would have Dave the owner call me. He never called. Also, I had asked Joe about the mitigation appraisal. He said, ""we pay it out of the insurance check and you will get the form."" Never happened. Finally Josh called me after my brother text him WTH was going on. He told me he was very sorry Joe told me that and would send me a $100 gift card to cover the expense for me to get it done along with the guys card they recommend. I never got a gift card. I ask Josh about it after 2 weeks, he flat said he didn't know what the conversation was with Joe and I for me to call him because they don't pay for the mitigation appraisal. I said, I've already spoke to you and you said you were sending a $100 gift card because of all the trouble I had. He said he did not tell me that. They don't pay for mitigation and that was it. I never heard from anyone to come back and do the ceiling of my garage and Trinity had the money. Finally Josh had someone come and do it and I was told the mold test was negative. Air Flow had no knowledge of my name and address. Honestly don't know if a test was done. I have a sunwindow and Josh decided to leave it because it was a custom window. He ordered a new sunwindow anyway and Trinity came the morning for roof to be done and took it and billed a new sunwindow to my insurance company, Yes. I have the bill. It was never to be ordered. Underhanded thieves. It took nearly a month after the roof was done to get my ceiling in the garage done because I kept getting the run around. The paperwork that was left for the City inspector on my porch said cost of roof $3575 (I still have the paperwork) Yet, the final bill sent to my insurance company was for $10,700 for a 1000 sf townhouse. The garage ceiling was only $800 of that. They had been paid $4700 by my insurance company and billed for an additional $5000. I have all the bills. They say they will give you a $200 referral fee. My brother had his roof done June 2019 and referred 2 people. Myself and his sister in law and he has yet to see one referral check. They are horrible. Do Not Use This Company!
