At the time of install 2019, everyone was great from owner to workiers. We were referred to them through Solarmax when getting our Solar installed. We had Trinity finish the whole roof and not just the section under the array. Now being totally transparent, before this job was done i had noticed a small leak in the attic near furnace. So i figured great, new roof will fix this problem. The leak problem did not go away. Work was finished on Jan 27th , a Sunday which they worked on their day off to meet Solarmax's scheduling. Awesome. I reached out to Marsha C. Lopez President on Feb 4th informing her that a previous leak is still there. She said workers would come out. Followed up on 5/30 with not response. Calling the number just leaves a voicemail with no call back. So not recommending this company, because they have proven the age old saying , ""Warranty is only worth the paper its written on.""

Wow! It's been 4 yrs.since we had our roof done. In same shape as the day they finished. This is a ""family that works together"". And they do it well! Each does his part with no complaint. You can trek, they actually like each other. ?

Honest, great prices and quality work. I enjoyed doing business with jose. I highly recommend trinity roofing for any repairs or entire roof replacement. Trinity had to remove 3 layers of shingles and resheath my entire roof and I couldnt find anyone else that could touch their priced.

Did a good job, took a few extra days but it was done really well. There was a bit of a mess everywhere but that's typical for a roofing job. They did their best to pick up all the nails and trash. Also I had a few requests and they did their best to make what I wanted happen.
Their finance company is good but it seems that the communication between Trinity and Service Finance Company is lacking so I had to call Service Finance a few times to work out some miscommunications. Don't know whose end the problem was on but it was worked out easy and quickly.
Overall I'm really happy with how it turned out. It cost more because I wanted a Cool roof but it should last for at least 30 years.

Your comment back did not make sense! You never went back to check to see what the problem was. Now you're saying it's rain gutters. You are not professional at all. Everytime you emailed me back you had an excuse, your tools for stolen, your family member was in the hospital..... Excuse after excuse! And a no show multiple time!

The roofing that was done on my mothers house was fine but it was the aftercare that was totally lacking. There was a 10 year warranty on the roof and on anything else that was removed and replaced. It has been a few months when all of a sudden a large portion of her rain gutter fell off. This was a part that they removed and replaced. She contacted them immediately to have someone come and repair it. She was told that someone would be there within a day to take care of it. Well, 3 days later and it still wasn't done. After repeated calls, she was PROMISED that within the end of the day, someone would be there. Needless to say, the day came and went and NOTHING. No phone call, nothing. My mother is 89 years old and she spent THOUSANDS of $$ on her roof. Finally, she had a neighbor screw it back up. Terrible customer service which should ALWAYS be #1 in any business. It seemed to her as if it didn't care after they took her $$. She said she just felt like an insignificant old lady. SAD SAD

They deserve 6 stars! Trinity Roofing goes above and beyond!! They are very hard workers and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right!!! My roof and fascia look amazing! I notice people driving by slow down to admire it!!! I highly recommend these guys. Everyone in the company is polite, professional and extremely hard working.
