Good service is hard to find anymore and excellent service is rare, but let me tell you about Diego Micheo at Trinity Roofing. Like many of you, we needed to have her house reroofed, and my husband reached out to his contacts. Diego came by and gave us an estimate, explained every step of the way clearly, and we decided to go with him. He exceeded our expectations every step of the way. He worked with our insurance company, was here early before the installers arrived, and stayed, ensuring that everything was done well. Never mind that it was 100° out, he is always smiling, pleasant, and willing to serve. He stayed after the roofers left and picked up every nail around the house, and any other debris left behind. They covered our pool to ensure that no material fell in it. He also arrange for gutter installers to come later and reinstall our gutter guards, and came by again check that everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank you, Trinity Roofing but a special thanks to Diego for taking customer service to a new level.

I have used Trinity Roofing and Construction to replace my roof twice after two severe hail storms. This company is amazing. They do a great job and customer service is tops. Tre' Davis managed the project and he was very friendly, helpful, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Tre! Shout out Paul and Jan Duncan as well! Job well done! Trinity is without a doubt the best roofing company out there. Joel Carriker has handled our hail damage/roof replacement twice and both times were seamless events. Joel worked with the insurance company and adjuster to make sure the roof was properly repaired. Joel is super responsive as well.

When Joel was initially looking at my hail damage, my neighbor asked if he would look at her roof as well. Turns out she didn't have any damage and told her as much. He gave her a business card and asked her to call him after the next hail storm. This is why I trust Joel and Trinity Roofing. I know I'm getting correct and honest information.

We had damage to our home, gazebo, shop, and shed. Paul came out and inspected the damage, and contacted our insurance for us. After the insurance gave the go ahead, the crew came out and got started immediately. They were both efficient and respectful and did an awesome job. We have had no problems at all. This company stands behind what they sell. They have high CHRISTIAN Ethics and are very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have their roof repaired or replaced. Trinity Roofing was recommended by a friend at our insurance agency. Paul came out the same day I called after 80 mph straight line winds damaged our roof. He was great, answered all of my questions throughout the process and they did an awesome job!

I sent them a 'Roofing Insight' document from my insurance company that has pictures and all measurements of the roof. I also sent the exact shingle I wanted.

The said they needed to come by in order to give me an estimate.

I didn't want to deal with another sales pitch. I was just hopping to get an estimate just to compare.

When I asked why. They replied with needing ""details"" without being specific and said ""Sorry we are not a good fit for what you're looking for""

I guess that's true as I prefer straight dealing and honest.



P.S. Their last email as mentioned in their response was after I wrote this review and after they had dismissed me as ""not a good fit for what you're looking for"".

Also in their email in response to this review, some of their responses makes no since because the document I sent had pictures. You can clearly see some of the things they say they would have to look @. It still might have been unreasonable for me to ask for a estimate without them coming out but like I said. Instead of really explaining, they just dismissed me (until after this review). By that time, I didn't want to deal with them.

They may or may not be good @ doing the job but the customer experience I had was very much lacking. Maybe it was because I have a small house; I don't know, but they were very quit to dismiss me instead of answering my question.

Hopefully, others will have better luck.

We had a great experience!! Very efficient and the crew was very respectful. We got both our roof and our shed done. It looks fantastic. Salesman was very knowledgeable. They do more than just roofing. We will be using them for any construction needs.
