Joel and his team at Trinity Roofing were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Joel is a true professional who takes pride in the quality of the work his team provides. He walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions along the way. Working with Joel reminded us that truly great, quality contractors still exist. Working with Alex at Trinity was fantastic. Although we had only a small job, to inspect and potentially repair our flashing, he was incredibly receptive and determined to get our problem resolved. Shortly after our first conversation, he came out to examine the roof. Once he was on site, he quickly assessed the situation and got the repairs done that day. What was truly unbelievable was that he didn't charge us a single penny. He did us a huge favor -- fixing our roof with the appropriate sealant to keep out leaks -- and he did it for free. He said it was such an easy repair he couldn't justify charging us. That meant a great deal to us. We'll definitely contact Trinity first if we need future roof repairs.
