Trinity Restoration and Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof! Cam knocked on my door and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I have absolutely no complaints.

My new roof looks amazing -- top-rated materials, clean install, and a crew that clearly takes pride in their work. Also they did it in One Day!I couldn't be happier with the final result. Huge thanks to Cam and the entire Trinity team for making this such an easy experience. Highly recommend!

Best roofing company in Jacksonville. They did my roof and several neighbors. Everyone had a great experience.

They did a fine job on the roof for the most part. Probably the worst customer service and management I've ever come across. Young, rude, bullying and unethical. Make sure they tell you up front that if you ever question them on their quality or service, or consider leaving them a bad review, that they will sue you. Stay away.

Fantastic service and was really pleased with Randall and Nick. They stayed with the project all the way through completion and worked with my insurance adjusters. Everything we had asked for when it came to licenses, insurance and certifications through Owens Corning, they immediately provided. All the workers were courteous and professional and we highly recommend this company. Trinity went well above our expectations and we wish more companies would take note of what customer service and craftsmanship is.

if this company is putting a new roof on in your area, get ready to be harassed with door-knocks constantly and them trying to solicit business. We have no solicitation signs at the entrance of our neighborhood and on our doorstep as well, but that doesn't deter them. I have also, in the kindest way possible, repeatedly told them that I have roofers in my family who will be replacing my roof when needed, yet they still send the same salesmen by my house every time they're working in the area. I simply cannot understand why they think this is a good practice model, but I would never hire them if I needed their services. They seem very desperate for business.

Trinity roofing gave me a quote on repairing my roof and having insurance pay for it. They repaired my roof and insurance did pay for it as stated. What they should tell everyone in the contract is that if they put a huge hole in your driveway, or damage your house or window screens they will not fix any damage they caused...like the huge hole they put in my driveway and the window screen they broke at my friends house. Furthermore, if they remove or damage gutters while repairing the roof it will take weeks and many calls from the client to get those replaced. At the end of the day I would NOT recommend Trinity roofing because of the added costs and headaches repairing damage they (and their contractors) did to your property.

When I decided to sell my home, I knew that the roof was going to be a major hurdle. I dreaded it as I knew it would cost a lot of money. Finding a roofer you can trust was a big challenge, as well. We asked friends for recommendations. After getting 3 quotes I decided on Trinity Roofing. I saw the work they did on my neighbors house. It looked great. I was impressed in the way Andy responded to our questions. He was knowledgeable and responded timely. Even when he was on vacation he worked with us till we were comfortable. All these factors helped me choose Trinity. With the special permitting required in the historic area, it took 5 weeks to obtain a permit. Andy was great about keeping me updated regarding the permit. Finally when they replaced the roof it was during a heat wave, with temps high 90s, feel like over 100 degrees. They provided their team with food & lots of fluids to stay hydrated. Trinity not only takes care of their customers, they do care for their team. I'm so glad I found Andy & Trinity.

I'm not usually the person to post bad reviews -- today is different. This man is truly insane. This morning dropping my daughter off at daycare I got over without my blinker on and this man rode my bumper and blew his horn the literally the entire time. He continued to lay on his horn half of the time we were at the light. He only stopped to get out of his car! on the light turned green, he was waiting for me at the next light with his window down yelling. Both of my girls (8 and 1) were in the car with me. I have the entire interaction on video. If I find a way to post it I will.

This one off accident shouldn't have resulted in such belligerent rage.

(I didn't cut him off, but, yes I should have still used my blinker.)

We contacted Trinity Restoration and Roofing back in May of 2021 after my 80 year old mother (who is a widow) had an obvious small roof leak develop apparently due to a tornado that came down just behind our homes (according to Trinity). Andy Wildes came out, did a physical inspection of the roof, and sat down with us to discuss his findings. Andy stated that there was enough roof damage to justify the roof being replaced and had us sign a bunch of paperwork stating that if the insurance company did not agree to replace the roof that they would have an attorney that they were working with file suit against the insurance company to make sure the repair was done as insurance company's often have to be reminded to do the right thing. Since that time I've sent messages to Andy asking for a status update and although he's promised to provide one, his promises were empty. Right now it's October of 2022, almost exactly a year and a half later, and the small leak has never been properly repaired and the roof that needed to be replaced according to Andy's physical inspection, has not. I don't know what kind of a company meets with an 80-year-old widow and makes promises to them that they have no intention of keeping, but that's my experience with Trinity Roofing. I know the other people in our neighborhood who used them, which is why I called them since I saw their company is vehicles parked along our street for a week or two, seem to be happy with their roofs but theirs we're all replaced. I don't know this to be fact, but considering they did a good number of homes in my neighborhood all at once, it almost feels like the traveling repair people who hit a neighborhood and then you never see them again. After all, they came out and made promises to my mother and we've never seen or heard from them again except for when I sent a text message to Andy and he promised to follow-up and never did...

I did reach out to Trinity in hopes of speaking with somebody in leadership to find a resolution to this 18-month long issue. I connected with Josh today who at first seemed very apologetic and acknowledged that they're obviously was some kind of dropping the ball on Andy's in since he never followed up, and I was also quite pleased that he offered to come to the home and provide a temporary repair as well as having a sign the appropriate paperwork for their attorney. Unfortunately, what I thought was a completely reasonable response to his request to modify my reviews, offering to modify them once repair had been completed, that's when he claimed that I was not being truthful and threatened to sue for defamation. What kind of a company is willing to sue their customers, including an 80-year-old widow, for simply sharing their honest experiences and opinions about the company? They did respond to this very similar review that was placed on Google and I've copied that here in an image as well as a text message from Andy after we got off the phone initially asking if we could continue to work things out and then reneging on that and instead advising that we hire an attorney because there would be multiple lawsuits being filed.

We have not been served. I did obtain the name of their attorney and have reached out, although I've only been able to leave a voicemail. I won't be surprised to get served, but I did ask the attorney if he was going to knowingly file a lawsuit for defamation knowing that all statements made were my own opinions and we're factual.
