I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trifecta Roofing Company.
Corey and his team were fantastic. They fixed our dryer vent in just one day, taking on a project that very few other companies wanted to touch. The vent was coming out of the ground on the side of the house. Corey's team rerouted the vent up the roof, repaired the drywall affected and cleared/sealed the old dryer vent.

The communication throughout the process was top-notch. Corey kept me informed every step of the way, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

I could not recommend a better roofing and construction company than Trifecta. Corey and his experienced team did an amazing job on not only my roof, but in handling the administrative headaches that come with dealing with the insurance company. Plus, they took care of a ceiling drywall job from the roof leak, and it perfectly matches the original (which is not easy to do). Trifecta did a great job on our house from a major softball size hail storm. They were here at daylight the morning after. Trifecta worked with all five different trades and kept us up to date with the schedule. I recommended them to close friends and family that had positive experiences too.

Facts and clarifications
1- We never had an understanding with Trifecta Roofing that cutting into our foam insulation was not the companies fault. He refused to take responsibility for his costly error, but rather blamed us, specifically my wife.
2- We were new to the area and moved from out of state. We were never asked what type of insulation we had nor did he ask to look in our attic. After the mistake had been made he said he didn't ask us about our insulation because our house was not new construction. Ridge vents were suggested by Trifecta Roofing. We were unaware that the vents were not needed with foam insulation.
3- The foreman in charge was in the attic and saw the foam insulation but never informed us that vents would not be needed.
4- Only $650 was paid toward the repair not $850.
5- Light switch that was installed was paid for separately.
6- We received an email on May 2 from Trifecta Roofing asking us if we would reconsider our negative review and stating that they felt the $650 credit they gave was more than fair. And lastly that they appreciated us taking the time to give the review.

Corey and his crew at Trifecta Roofing & Construction are exceptional. They tore off and replaced 100 square of shingles on my house in one day! I was also amazed at how clean my flowerbeds and yard was after they were finished. I also had them install and stain a cedar tongue and groove ceiling in my patio cover. I had been wanting a decorative chimney cap and they could do that too! Corey and his crew are easy to work with and they made sure they understood exactly what I wanted. Their quality and attention to detail is exceptional. I highly recommend Trifecta for your roofing and construction needs.
