I had a new roof installed last week with the final touches completed today. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the final result. I know it's only a roof, but it looks so good, I actually want to go look at it everyday to bring a smile to my face.

I interviewed 4 companies including Tridom before I hired them. This was an insurance claim,already approved and paid for,so every company had all the paperwork for the insurance company's estimate and specifications . Three of the companies inspected my roof and accepted the insurance estimate. Tridom did the most thorough and detailed inspection by far. Johnston Camp, the owner did the inspection himself and explained every detail of the work they believed needed to be done,in simple terms so I completely understood as he went . When he finished, he reviewed my insurance company''s
estimate line by line with me. He told me that the work they wanted to do,would not meet the local code of my city. He said if his did company the work, it would be more expensive and higher quality but
the cost to me would be the same (my deductible). He said he would handle all of the negotiations with the company, and that he was confident his estimate would be approved. We agreed I would think about it and give him my decision the next day. I must say choosing his company was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He was absolutely true to his word. I was amazed when my insurance company informed me that he was correct about the local code requirements and they approved his estimate which was a few thousand more than they originally estimated. Every other company would have done the work according to the original and wrong standards.

I highly recommend Tridom Roofers as the best choice you can make,and one of best businesses I have ever done business with. Kudos to Kari Richardson,who was my first contact and constant contact
through the entire process. Her personality and professionalism made the process much less anxious than it could have been. Finally, thanks to all the guys who did the hard work for a job well done with speed,expertise and professionalism.

Very professional. Kept in constant contact either via calls or texts. Responded to calls and texts within minutes and always very courteous and professional. Provided progress pictures and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly. Was told originally would be a 2 day project, but they were able to complete it all in one day. Johnston Camp is an asset to this company!! I couldn't be any happier with him or the work completed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
