I couldn't be more satisfied with Triark. From the office staff to ownership, I felt like a priority customer rather than one of many ""jobs"". On day one, the owner (Jay) called me in the evening to see how the installation went. Honestly, we had a couple of glitches, and Jay made sure they were addressed immediately the next day. This impressed me more than if everything had gone perfectly (which almost never happens). At the end, the installation team COMPLETELY cleaned up the area, leaving me with a beautiful new roof and no residual evidence of construction around my house. Super impressed with Jay and the whole crew at Triark. I have an older house with a very not standard roof yet they were able to deal with it and also improve the roof in general. Because a new roof is an expensive endeavor, I got a ton of estimates yet they were the only ones to find a broken beam and were able to get that replaced as part of the process. The new roof was also being installed when it was raining all the time, yet they were ready and on-call to get work done whenever possible. If you are in the market for a new roof, please take my word for it and hit them up, you will not be disappointed.

We given 4 names of roofing companies, we finally went with Triark better bid , we met with person doing the not some representative that promised something you do not actually get . When they finally had an opening to do the ( rain issues) they came and did the job very professional and respectful and clean . Gave us an update of any problems that occurred and took of it . They cleaned up after when they left everyday. The reason I mentioned this because part of the roof lies on attached to another single home ( looks likes a duplex) . They did not realize the part of house was the next door neighbor. The came to clean up and at the time the owner was not there ( they did know about the roof repair ) . So when they where home they went to ask them if the could come clean up . She denied them and then blasted them on yelp that they are horrible and not professional . They tried twice .
Please consider them they are great to work with and a good price . You know who you are dealing with.

Very impressed with Triark. I have used them two times and they have gone beyond what is required to make it right. The first time they replaced a section of shingles. It was the second time that showed how great they are. Jay came out the same day to repair a leak caused by painters. He showed me pictures of the problem and walked me through the repair. For an emergency repair their prices can't be beat.

Luckily I found Triark Roofing when I searched for a roofer who worked with concrete tiles. Jay Hancock, the owner, was very responsive to my plea for help as we had a leaking skylight which was due to some cracked roofing tiles. He quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified it as an emergency measure which stopped the leak. He later returned with his crew to address some wood rot problems and other issues and the replacement of our skylight. Jay was great at communicating with me in a timely manner, and his knowledge and skill in his trade is indeed exceptional. I highly recommend Triark Roofing without reservations. I recently saw that Triark Roofing was voted as the #1 roofing company in Roseville In The Press Tribune. Now I know why. Jay was recommended to us by our realtor. We got a complete roof replacement and new gutters. The process went really smoothly. He kept the bid updated with our additions (outdoor kitchen roof, gutter guards etc) so it made it really easy to see how much it would cost. Throughout the roof replacement he provided daily updates on what occurred and the plan for the next day. The roof passed the inspections no problem. All of the workers were respectful and cleaned up around the house each day. Overall, for a noisy project, Jay made it as easy as possible.

Jay and his crew did an EXCELLENT job in fixing a roof leak very quickly. In addition, I asked them to look around and find all the roof issues. They took pictures of all the issues, most were broken tile etc, and shared with me. They fixed everything with very reasonable price. They gave me extra tiles so that if I ever have issue, I can replace them.

Jau and his crew were professional, know their trade and were respectful as they wore masks through every interaction. Bonus: While up there, I asked Jay if he can spray water over my solar panels, and he happily obliged. I highly recommend Triark Roofing. They serve Roseville, Folsom and surrounding areas.
