I would never give these low down scum bags one star but the system will not allow less. They show up with eight people all over my neighbors roof and it was stripped and hurriedly thrown up in a hap hazard way before noon so it was start to finish
Less than three hours. They parked three trucks on my neighbors lawns and played loud obnoxious music that I could hear inside my house plus they had their family members visiting them while they were supposed to be working. They left nails all over the street causing three of my neighbors to experience multiple flat tires and then adamantly denied liability. I would like them to be shut down for being a public enemy, stay away ,

Covid safety all the way with Maynard and his crew. Maynard is a total professional who delivered excellent service and products. Always on time and was always available to answer any questions. Did both a fairly extensive repair and a re-roofing. No extra charges and actually came in below estimate.Will certainly use Triangle Roofing again. Five star rating al the way.

""Trust the man from Harahan""? Not! I had Triangle Roofing come out to give me an estimate in August. I signed a contract with them a couple weeks later. They placed a sign in my front yard. Two hours after I signed the contract, I was sent an email that it was canceled. The gentleman that measured the roof also showed up at my door after signing contract. He stated that the measurement on the estimate/quote were incorrect. He forgot to measure one whole side of the roof but this is what you do for a living. ?? I then receive an updated quote for @ $1400 more. I understand mistakes so I called the company and offered to split the difference . During this time, I never received a call from the owner. An apology, explanation, nothing.. very unprofessional! Instead, the secretary called and offered the apology. She said she would talk to owner about splitting the difference and call me back. I had to call them back to get an update. She said he would NOT split the difference. Again, he couldn't call me as the owner and tell me himself. I thought I was being more than accommodating since it was their mistake. I will spread the word about my experience with this company and that will speak volumes! I hope that additional $700 difference was worth it for you and your company. Horrible experience with Triangle Roofing....... BEWARE!
I got my new roof from a GAF certified company ( Home Bright) for the original price Triangle Roofing quoted and they measured it right the first time. Everything happens for a reason!

Please get other estimates if you are looking into hiring this company. I am a first time homeowner but I feel I got SCREWED by this company. They charged me $1,800 for about three hours of work. I paid but complained. They said they have ""overhead"" and ""insurance"" expenses to cover. Well I am a professional business owner and I too have these expenses but would never charge someone $1,800 for three hours of work.

They did give me a detailed estimate which I agreed to, but I am not a roofer and the details of what they said needed to be done appeared as if it would take much longer than three hours. Anyway, it was my mistake I suppose. Learned my expensive lesson. Don't make the same mistake as me...

Triangle Roofing repaired and replaced the finish on a flat roof on the front of my home in Uptown New Orleans. The cost of the job was in excess of $7000, and the work was guaranteed by the company's so-called warranty. Several weeks after the roofing repair was complete, we hired a painting crew to come in and do some work which required walking on and using ladders on the same flat roof that Triangle Roofing had repaired. *Prior to Triangle Roofing's repair, this roof withstood the use of ladders and work boots on a regular basis.

However, after this repair, the finish on the flat roof was completely destroyed by the work boots and the use of the painters' ladders. It looks very much like smudged nail polish that was touched before being allowed to dry properly. NOWHERE in the paperwork regarding the roof repair were we notified that the finish on the flat roof would not withstand work boots or ladders. We contacted Triangle Roofing to notify them of the problem, and they contend that it is the painters' fault that the roof finish was damaged, and Triangle Roofing is now refusing to honor their own warranty. They instead want $2500 to repair the damage to the roof's finish.

We showed the damaged roof to the President of the Louisiana Home Builder's Association and he said, without question, that the finish on the flat roof was defective, and that Triangle Roofing should honor their warranty and re-finish the roof. On our behalf, the Homebuider's Association President contacted Frank Funke, the owner of Triangle Roofing, and did not receive a reply. We have written a certified letter to Mr. Funke to notify him of the situation, and we have received a letter from him in return, stating that he does not intend to do anything to honor Triangle Roofing's warranty.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER ROOFER. THEIR WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. We are left with a lawsuit as our only recourse.
