Triangle roofing did a very good job repairing a rain leak we had in our master bedroom! Maynor came out soon after we called to look and give us an estimate. We had a teacher friend who has used them twice and highly recommended them, which is why we went with Triangle Roofing! They were out in less than a week and the work they did looked well done and they cleaned up afterwards! Called to get an estimate for an insurance claim and right off the bat the guy was telling me that he knew the insurance company would not pay for this because he worked at this job for 20 years. Very sarcastic. So I told him that he sounded like he didn't want to do the job. He said he could not help me withis job. Bad business because if the insurance company would not have paid for it, I would have done so myself. You lost business because you thought too much. Next time you should ask more questions.

Maynor's team did a great job. I had a roof leak and Maynor was able to find the problem and some additional problems on the roof(broken tiles, cracked seals on vents). His team came out and repaired my roof in a bout 5 hours. I would recommend Triangle Roofing for any roofing repairs.

We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you don't want to go cheap on your roof it's one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. During the rainstorms in December we noticed it was leaking through our 2nd story ceiling. Decided to look for a professional in roofing I came across triangle roofing and instantly Maynor was able to come look at it same day and instantly spotted the problem then explained to me why and how it happens. I would definitely recommend Triangle Roofing. The estimate process was so quick and fast and the owner was very professional and timely. We recently needed to find a contractor company to re-roof our house and garage. Luckily, we chose Triangle Roofing in San Jacinto and Maynor the owner came to talk to us and offer an estimate. We judged him to be honest and reliable and we accepted the contract. The cost was comparable to 3 others we had checked. Maynor had explained the steps of the job to be done and what we could expect. The job was to be done in a continuous fashion, no stoppage waiting for materials delivery or for work crew availability, or for debrie removal or even for unplanned weather events. The job from start to finish took only an impressive 5 days. The work crew was polite and knowledgeable. The noise of the job was quiet compared to other roofing jobs in our neighborhood. Maynor also answered our phone calls for a clarification of an item and for a request we made for dormer vents to be added even though it was obvious he was on another roof somewhere working. All resultant mess from removal and replacement of the roof was thoroughly cleaned up and removed by completion of the job. The entire process of the job greatly removed the worries we had before signing a contract. We have no complaints and would recommend use of this company
