We had heavy rains last night and my roof started leaking. I went onto the Nextdoor app and asked for names of good roofers. I called them and they had two men there within 1/2 a day. Right when they got there the wind kicked up and my backyard fence blew over! Sergio helped us to stabilize the fence, while the other gentleman located the leak and repaired it! 20 minutes start to finish and they helped with the fence! Talk about customer service!

Had an appointment for an estimate on a new roof for a property I am trying to purchase. Realtor waited and waited for the roofer to show up. No call - no show - no estimate. When I called the next day they said they were really busy and would not confirm an appointment at any time. Basically, it was ""we'll be there if we can but can't promise the roofer wont no show again."" Seems like they are too busy for any new jobs.

It's too bad because the actual roofing work was highly recommended by a good friend.

Pat Casarez and Terri, of TriCounty Roofing are everything you want in a roofing company. Great customer service, clear estimates, great follow through, and maybe the best cost/value roof you can get in the Santa Barbara area. We were pleasantly surprised and used the extra savings for copper gutters.
