We got a number of quotes to repair our small roof leak and didn't feel comfortable/confident with other contractors assessment or pricing. Ryan from Tri Valley Roofing came by to inspect, talk us through what could be happening, offer reasonable solutions and guarantee the work. Ryan was honest, straightforward and didn't try to talk us in to a roof replacement or other things we didn't need. While there, he identified another area on the roof that was at risk and gave us a reasonable quote to repair it all. They were able to get out to do the repair before the next rain and no more leak! No one wants a leak or the unexpected expense to repair the house, but Ryan and team made it as painless as possible, highly recommend!

We had a few areas of the eaves and the roof that had developed dry rot over the years. We got bids from 3 roofing companies other than Tri Valley Roofing, and it quickly became evident that our best bet was Tri Valley Roofing. The primary reasons for our choice were as follows:
1. The owner, Ryan, came out to provide the estimate. With the exception of one other roofing company, he was the only one that went up on the roof, thoroughly examined the condition of the roof, took pictures of the areas that required work and shared them with me.
2. Ryan's written estimate was comprehensive, detailed and competitive.
3. My interactions with Ryan and his staff proved that we were dealing with a very honest and professional business.

After we signed the contract, it took about a month and a half before they could begin the work due to their schedule, but it was well worth the wait. They fit us in a few days earlier than promised and completed the work in about 2 consecutive days with a crew of 4. The team showed up at 8:00 every day and put in a full day, working until 5:00 pm the second day.

We were pleased that Ryan was on site the first day to instruct his team. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Also, Ryan was available and very responsive when we needed to reach him. In addition to repairing dry rot, they also installed very high quality gutter screens at a reasonable price.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with Tri Valley Roofing and highly recommend them.

TriValley Roofing saved us in a pinch. We were in the middle of a renovation in our home and a rainstorm revealed leaks in that room, which put the whole project on hold. Ryan personally helped get us on the schedule quickly and his crew squeezed us into the schedule. They did a good job on the repair and even thought about a longer term solution to our leak. They came back to fix something at our request to make sure the job was done right.

One other thing to note-- TriValley is great with communication and documentation. They are prompt with follow up and give really clear quotes that confirm exactly what work is going to happen. Their billing is clear and their prices are fair.

TriValley Roofing just completed repairing many dry rots on my house today. Although I had to wait two months before they could start working on my house due to their work schedule, but I'm glad I waited because they, I think, did a great job.

The job wasn't small and it took 2 and a half days to complete, with 4 people on the first two days and 2 people on the last half day. The repairers showed up everyday at 8:00am sharp as they told me; and worked nonstop except for having lunch.

When they completed the job, they made sure everywhere was clean and pickup all the trash.

Although my roof had many cracked tiles and I had to pay extra on top of the estimate but I'm happy to do so especially when I saw all the cracked tiles on my neighbor's roof.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Tri Valley Roofing. Ryan and his team were awesome through the whole process.

I ended up going with Tri Valley Roofing after contacting several businesses in the area, and reaching out to the local roofing supply store to get their input.

The team was quick to respond to any questions and communications I had with them, and reached out quickly to me when one or two issues popped up.

The crew that worked on my house did so for a few days stripping the old roof, fixing several problem spots (I honestly don't know how old the roof was, but I obviously put things off a bit to long), before finally putting things back together. A hard working crew who moved quick and made it all look easy. I also found them to be quite courteous when I had any interactions with them.

The one concern I brought to Ryan's attention when he was on site for the inspection (which was passed without any issue) was taken care of very quickly.

I highly recommend Ryan and Tri Valley Roofing. We found a leak from a wall after the storms, so I called my plumber who happened to have retired. His advice is to check the vent pipe collar for crack. Ryan of Tri Valley Roofing came out and checked the moisture level of the wall with his moisture detector and determined that there is no moisture detected in the vertical direction along the wall, but there is moisture in the horizontal direction parallel to the garage's floor. He also flew a drone up to inspect the roof to find that there are no vent pipes near the location of the wall where there is moisture, and the roof is fine. Also, the wet spot on the garage floor did not dry out after 4 days of the storm. Based on these facts, he convinced me that there is no problem with the roof and vent pipe collars, but I need to get a plumber to look into the leak. He even recommended me the plumber who worked on his house. He is a great guy, totally honest, and he has tech gadgets to assess the situation instead of guessing what is going on.
I definitely recommend Ryan and Tri Valley Roofing. I am planning to call him back to improve the gutter and my next roofing job.
