We recently had Tri valley roofing put gutters on our ADU. It was such a pleasure from the initial quote from the owners to the finish product. They were all so friendly and really know what they are doing. I would trust any of their recommendations. I would highly suggest them for any of your roofing needs. Their crew showed up and did a fabulous job they were so quick! But also did a beautiful job and were very clean.

Brandon is amazing to work with. He is so responsive to questions and he takes the time to educate and explain everything. His professionalism is to be commended. I had a roof leak that took place in between two atmospheric river events. Tri Valley Roofing is the best and helped us out even though everyone in the roofing business was overloaded and super busy. The prices are honest, competitive, and fair.

Let me start from the beginning. During the last atmospheric river last week, a leak developed. I called several contractors. Some couldn't even come out for quote because it's the rainy season and everyone is busy.

Tri Valley Roofing squeezed us in for a quote on a Tuesday morning. Brandon came out. He was respectful of the property and understood the urgency of our needs as a new atmospheric river was about to hit within a day with over 2 inches of rain expected to fall. He explained how busy they were but said that they would put a tarp and sandbags on our broken tile until the work could be completed.

Their quote was highly competitive and the pricing was honest. They segregated the optional items (recommendations from Brandon that should be addressed to avoid future issues). I opted to have both optional items done. Ryan sent me a detailed professional quote with pictures and detailed explanations of the work to be done. My family and I read the quote, signed it that evening, and Ryan acknowledged receipt of the signed proposal and told us that his crew would be out first thing in the morning to get us watertight for the upcoming rain.

Fortunately for us, the next morning Brandon was at my door with his crew not to put up a tarp but to perform the actual repair. They had 5 other jobs where the customers didn't answer with regard to availability to perform work that day so Brandon and his crew set out to perform the repair work on my roof. Within hours, the crew fixed everything and handled the optional work requested. Brandon called me before noon and sent me pictures of the completed work. Wow! I cannot thank Tri Valley Roofing and Brandon, in particular, enough for an amazing experience.

If you are looking to have roof work done whether it be a completely new roof or a repair, Tri Valley Roofing are the ones to choose. Don't hesitate. This is the place to hire without a doubt.

We recently needed some minor roof repair, new gutters and leaf filters, as well as some dry rot. Brandon came out and very clearly explained what needed to be done as well as several options.
The work required three days. The crew was fast, friendly, efficient, and skilled. They arrived each day on time and cleaned up the worksite before leaving each day. Brandon came by to check on the progress and quality of the work, as did Ryan. We recently decided to install solar panels and knew that our first step should be to replace our existing roof. After some research, we chose Tri-Valley Roofing and couldn't be happier with our decision. I'm giving them a well-deserved 5 stars!

Contract and Scheduling: The process from start to finish was seamless. They were very responsive and communication was clear throughout. Everything from the contract (handled via DocuSign) to payments and product selections was efficiently managed through email, which made everything super convenient. They even offer a discount for full cash payments, which was a nice bonus.

Execution: The crew was punctual, arriving on time throughout the project duration. They respected our property, there was no damage, and they kept the noise to a minimum, which our neighbors appreciated. The team was professional, and dressed in proper contracting gear. They handled permits on our behalf, which was a huge relief. The demolition crew worked quickly and efficiently, addressing necessary repairs like dry rot and installing new eyelid vents. The actual roof installation took just over a week. After the installation, they did an excellent job cleaning up the site--no loose nails, and they swept up all the dust and gravel.

Durability: Over the past few weeks, we've experienced several heavy weather events, including nine days of rain and a significant hail storm. I am thrilled to report that our new roof, which spans over 3,200 square feet in East Bay California, has held up perfectly with no leaks or damage. This durability was confirmed by several thorough inspections from both outside and inside (attic). My new roof is flawless!

Tri Valley Roofing just completed a big job at my home - installed a new roof, fixed dry rot areas, installed new gutters and downspouts and installed 3 solar tubes to give me more natual light in my home. TL;DR: The 5-star rating Tri-Valley Roofing has is well-deserved. They're courteous, fast, and very responsive. When I eventually need my roof and gutters replaced, they'll be the first ones I call.

Full: My insurance company is one of the ones trying to ditch California, and gave me an ultimatum for non-renewal unless I had the roof treated. Of the 3-4 companies I reached out to, Tri-Valley Roofing was the fastest to respond and get someone out to do an inspection and estimate.

They didn't try to oversell me on anything and provided plenty of pictures detailing all the repairs and maintenance they would recommend when they did their estimate. Moreover, they were flexible in making sure that I could get the project done in time so I could get the necessary proof to the insurance company.

During the project, when an issue came up about one aspect due to a misunderstanding (e.g. who was responsible for painting after dry-rot repair on the chimney), they went above and beyond to resolve it and took care of it with no additional cost to me.

Last these guys were pros when it came to providing the necessary documentation to the insurance company, all the invoices, receipts, pictures, et al. Happy to say that my policy was renewed (one less thing to stress about), and they extended the life of my roof for probably another 10 years. Thank you.
