I hired tri-county Aluminum on 1016/2019, to installed new super-gutters and lite panels, they started the work but never finish and kept my money, every time I called them they say we will take off it, up today I still face the same problem with no end insight, my next step is the media.

Tri-County Aluminum installed porch cover and installed old dirty bent and beat up trim when I asked why I was told it matched my 60 year old house, but they would be happy to give me estimate to ""fix it"". It looks horrible and leaks, sounds like it's going to fall off with just a small breeze.

I had a large screen porch installed over an existing concrete slab and hired tri-county, even though they did not have the lowest price of all the quotes. They started work on the porch promising a great-looking product, but the result is a terrible looking porch with major leaks. Moreover, it did not pass inspection by the county until they installed a pole in the middle of the porch for support. It looks completely unprofessional. It has been several months now and the leak is still just as bad. Jim and his 'roofer friend' tried to fix the leak, but their solution was to install a gutter under the seam inside the porch. He said the gutter would collect the water and it would dry up with the heating of the sun. Well, that didn't happen- not it just overflows and runs all over the porch. He never came back to look at his work after I told him about it. Just took the money and ran. Think twice about hiring someone who doesn't put a lot of effort into their work.
