I love my new roof! I know that sounds weird, but there it is. I had 4 estimates and Tri-City was the lowest, which makes me nervous - but they did my neighbor's roof and she loved it. So I said yes, and the team came out and tore off the ancient redwood shakes / installed the new roof and gutters / cleaned up the mess in record time and at the price they quoted. The folks at the office were nice over the phone, the guys that did the work were friendly (they helped me bleed my brakes for crying out loud) and the new roof is just freaking perfect. I love my roof! Did I mention that already? THANK YOU!

We just finished replacing our roof with Tri-City Roofing. Greg, Jeanine and Oscar and his crew did an outstanding job! We could not be more pleased with the product, the service and the reasonable price. They kept our yards and our neighbors yard clean each day and were done with the entire project in less than three days.
If you are considering replacing your roof I can highly recommend Tri-City Roofing.

Had a great experience with this company. Did a full re-roof on our 2 story home.
I was coming off a bad roofing experience with a different company a couple years ago. This experiment was light years better.
Roof came out amazing. There were a couple small aesthetic issues with the gutters, but the owner of the company came and fixed the issues himself. Would highly recommend them to family and friends looking for a fair price and quality work!

Tri-City Roofing has friendly employees! They let us know what was happening at all times and cleaned up each evening before leaving. The end result is a beautiful new roof on our home.

I called up Tri-City roofing and discussed about need of getting re-roofing. Greg was prompt in showing up as scheduled. He was very thorough in making me understand that roof needed repair at a lot of places. He also explained me how/ what/ when/ why of the complete process.
Back office was also very prompt in responding. The quote came in quick and covered everything from insurance to details/ color of shingles & gutters. Very professional.
They scheduled me pretty quick and the job started on time. Everyone had a fixed job to do. I had a lot of repair work and got couple of sun tunnels installed. The whole crew was very busy working till late and everyone was extremely professional. They finished the work in time, which is very rare. We recently got our kitchen and bathroom remodeled and the contractor took 8 extra days. Also, they used to clean up the debris and other mess on a everyday basis. I was very impressed with the way this whole thing panned out. It was a complete transformation of the roof and looks of the house.
I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. I wish more people in this house re-modeling business were like Tri-City roofing. Prompt and sticking to their schedule with no gimmicks.

Our Review for Tri-City Roofing:
My wife and I are forever impressed with the Tri-City Roofing supervisor - Greg, foreman - Oscar, and crew. They are quite communicative, polite, respectful, helpful, professional, and friendly! Their system was so organized and smooth. We had fun taking pictures of their progress. They were done within two days - removing old layers, installing new roof, new gutters, and new vents. We chose to use the GAF Timberline HD that we liked. Earlier, we have contacted at least four roofing companies and reviewed their proposals. The Tri-City roofing company offered the best deal and agreement. Tri-City Roofing also provided a very good deal on the wood replacement part due to rottenness in a not-for-profit manner. Overall, they have earned the five solid stars!

After reviewing several roofers and getting neighborhood recommendations, I selected tri-city. I had to get them to come out several times to insure that they included all of the dry rot (one of the prime reasons for doing the roof). I also took a day off during the job to work on other parts of the house and insure they were addressing my concerns, and pointed out several things that they considered repaired but I was not happy with. Skip ahead a few days, and none of the items I pointed out had been addressed and was told it either ""wasn't in the contract"" or it was ""good enough for code"". Skip ahead a few days and after posting pics on yelp, Tri-City immediately called and agreed to immediately address the issues. Three days later and it has all been addressed to my satisfaction, and probably at considerable expense to Tri-City, demonstrating their ultimate desire to do right by their customer.
Assuming all roofers/contractors have similar issues, the lessons are:
1. Be present during the initial quote (I sadly, was not) and insure they make note of every single repair (especially flashing and dry rot) to be included in the estimate. A good contractor will do just this. Being very specific up front negates any excuses later.
2. If it doesn't meet your quality expectations, point it out and don't pay until you are satisfied.
3. If there are issues, having another contractor address it could result in conflict if issues arise down the road. Better to stick with the original contractor if possible. (contractors told me this, and makes sense).
4. Make sure you get a copy of the permit and insist that you be present during the final inspection, otherwise the inspector will only look at what they can see from the street. The inspector said code is pretty loose these days, so a contractor can get away with really shabby work and still pass inspection. Don't expect the inspector to address quality issues. They wont.

Best service ever...we had a leak while it was pouring. The owner showed up with crew on a Saturday, fixed it and told me to call back on the week day to make the payment. I have been using them for 10 years (previous home) as well. They are the best and they are very honest.

Did not have such a good experience trying to schedule my work. Courtesy of some the team members is really bad...

We needed some repairs done on our roof so that it can last a few more years till we have to replace it. Unfortunately all the roofers we called were too busy to do anything but full roof replacement before the end of the year. Lucky for us Tri-City Roofing was more receptive. They came by the next day and checked out the roof and gave us a reasonable estimate to repair the roof. They told us there would be a couple weeks wait due to all other other work orders but were able to make it out before a little bit earlier and get the work done.
