We started with Five/six roofers, estimates, technical Q/A. I figured couple of them came to my home were sales persons- and higher price, I think added commission of their own. One was lower than TRI-CITY. I was not happy with contract language and material to be used in contract were all over the place. So even though TRI-City quoted higher than lowest, I/we chose Tr-City. Simple contract language one can understand, nothing to hide under the rug. So we three neighbors hired TRI-CITY to do reroofing and new rain gutters. They did three town houses on our street same time in one week. The foreman Oscar came to give us estimate to start with. From that day to the Final inspection day, FOREMAN OSCAR in the field and Jeannine in the office were both great to work with along with all other workers who came to do the roofing work.

Needed some Skylight leak repair so reached out to Tri-city and I got an appointment a day or later. Oscar and the whole Tri-City team that I communicated with were very proffessional. The guys that did the work on the skylight did a great job. They were fast and efficient once they got started. Very respectfull of property and did not leave any mess after the job. Very greatfull for their williingness to accept a small project. Again thank you Oscar and the rest of the guys that helped with the repair. Will definitely reach out to them again for future roof service needs.

I got three quotes from three different roofers. The first guy showed up spent over an hour with me showing all the cool stuff he was going to do and the great roof I was going to get. I remember thinking, ""Is this guy done yet?"" and then when he showed me the quote, I said ""you are joking."" The next guy was a bit less but I had to sit through another presentation.

When Oscar from Tri-City showed up, he spent ten minutes with me and said he would send me the quote through e-mail. I said, ""that's it"" he said yes, its all on-line. A day later, I received the quote in my email with pdf files on colors, etc. Needless to say, he was more impressive to me than the guys with whom I spent hours.

So I hired Tri-City - The first day, six guys showed up to remove the old roof, and for the next three days they worked diligently at replacing the roof in 90 degree weather.

There were no surprises. The quote came out almost exactly as I had expected. These guys were hard-working and efficient. When they left, not a scrap could be found of debris. Every day they cleaned up after themselves. Needless to say, I was quite impressed. I have attached a few drone shots my neighbor took of them working.

On a side note - they didn't expect payment until the job was done. That means even the materials was paid for by Tri-City until the end of the three days.

I had a leak in the roof so I gave Tri-City Roofing a call. They came out pretty quick to assess the situation and give me an estimate. I had the option to get the leak fixed or do a ""roof maintenance"" for about double the cost which would cover fixing any leaks, cleaning the gutters, doing new sealants, fixing any tiles, etc. In the 10+ years we've owned the house, we never did roof maintenance so we opted for that.

The only bad part was that they were not able to come for about a month due to their workload (this was a couple months back in the rainy season) but when the did, they just contacted me the day before to let me know they were coming and then they just got to work. They actually fixed two leaks, repaired several tiles, cleaned the gutter, and did a bunch of other work so the roof maintenance package seemed well worth it for me. I'd recommend them if you need roofing work done!

The Tri City Roofing people were personally recommended to us by a former client and they did a wonderful job on our project. Prompt, responsive communication start to finish from office staff and Oscar, the job foreman. Thanks to all the guys who were up and down the ladder. They got our roof job done in a timely manner, (between storms!) and cleaned up carefully, exactly as promised. Kudos to them all!

Got a quote from these guys to get some work done. Oscar is a fitting name cause he really is the Grinch. Rude AF, didn't want to be here and really showed it. Condescending answers when asking basic questions such as whether a warranty is included.

Even though they gave us the lowest quote, we went with another company. Too bad.

We recently had Tri-City Roofing inspect and fix our wood shingle roofing. They did a great job of throughly inspecting the roof , nailing the loose shingle and inserted wood shingle on exposed felt. They spend many hours on this job. Very happy with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them.

With all the recent rainstorms, we had a huge leak in our ceiling. Our realtor recommended Tri-City. They were prompt, offered to just fix the leak, but when we found out that our shingles had no plywood underneath, we opted to replace the entire roof. They were efficient, replaced the entire roof in 4 days during a dry week in February, and cleaned everything up without a trace.

Now that the storms are continuing, we feel happy and safe knowing that we don't have any leaks for now!

Out of all of the roofers I contacted, Tri-City Roofing was able to give us what we needed. They fixed our roof leak, replaced clay tiles that were broken and they did this all under a week after the initial proposal. Can't get better service than that. We would use them again!
